My husband and I have been living in Chillicothe for just over 2 years and we both agree that Highlands has the best ice cream. My opinion: the s'mores ice cream is the best ice cream I’ve ever had, definitely sits at #1 in my ranking!
My favorite local ice cream shop. The customer service is always excellent and the staff is very friendly. There are so many options available to pick from. I personally love the Buckeye fever and butter pecan

We stopped by halfway through a road trip to walk around in the nearby park and grab some ice cream. It was very good and the shop inside feels very quaint and cute. The hardest part was deciding what flavor to get, because after sampling a few, they were all excellent!
