I went this morning to get a turkey-havarti bagel sandwich and coffee cream-splenda. After pulling away, I take a sip of coffee and no cream. Because the line was line I walked to the walkup window through the grass as there is no sidewalk. They replaced the coffee. I get back to the car and open the sandwich which is normally really good and there was 2 very thin slices of turkey and no havarti but gobs of cream cheese..I gave up and drove away. I was there on 3/1/24 @9am and there was a thin man making the food

First time at this location, very unprofessional. Visited on the morning of 1/26/24, the employee who was helping me looked like she just woke up, not attentive. The window opened with such aggression and the only thing she asked me was what I wanted to leave for a tip. I politely declined and she rolled her eyes; I then tried my drink and it was a watered down raspberry mocha. It was so gross. Between the service and overpriced watered down coffee - I won’t be coming back.

OHHH my gosh. I wish I would have gotten the girls name that worked this morning around 10:30. It was my first time at any biggby coffee. I have heard of this place but I am so picky and boring when it comes to trying out new things. I risked it today. I was wanting a hot chocolate. The girl was fantastic and so patient with me when I was looking at the drive through menu. She answer my questions and made the best hot chocolate that I have ever had. I also had the donut holes and they were so fresh. I will be coming back again just for her. Also she told me about the membership to where you get every 13th drink free. Overall this young woman was fantastic and I hope she continues to work there. She made my day.

Well there only 3 things to review at this place as it is a drive thru- appearance, customer service and quality of items served. Appeared clean. The employee was friendly at the window. However, I went for a cup of coffee while waiting at the hospital near by for a family member in surgery and to my surprise, as I took my first sip as I pulled away, the coffee was room temperature and had little to know flavor at all. Almost like drinking a room temperature thickened with creamer glass of water. Luckily I was able to resort to the hospital vending machine for another option. I'll be back I believe but I'll have a sip before I leave the window I guess.
