The price keeps going up, but quality keeps going down. There's so little meat in my burrito I can't even taste it. Chipotle just needs to die already, I'm tired of being disappointed.

Excellent service.. my order wasn't quite ready when I went to pick it up. They gave me a free drink and an apology even though it was less than 5 minutes that I had to wait.
So I got my first bowl at this chipotle. My bill was close to $16 and I questioned the manager about the price. He said there is an extra charge close to five dollars if you get the guacamole ingredient added to your bowl-- I politely said I didn't see this and I'll know better for next time, he quickly let me know that it was right on the (Tiny) sign that I missed. I said well I don't think I can be coming back to this location based on customer service. He said "cool". "cool"?? A one star experience. Won't be back.

workers were so rude when we went in didn’t get us stood there and talked to each other took them about 15 minutes for us to get our food. Had a bad attitude. Everything was put away when we walked in closing time was in 14 minutes. They refused to grab us cheese because they claimed they were out. They then continued to tell us the few things they had but when we asked for them, they said they didn’t have them. my proportion in my bowl had nothing in it. They barely filled it halfway. I asked for a little queso, and they gave me not even half a scoop. Everything was incorrect size wise, and for paying nine dollars for a bowl for veggie, I should not be getting that little of a portion. Overall bad attitude every time I come to this location. please don’t come here if you’re looking for fast reliable service.

First thing I have to say is that the location is great and the atmosphere is pretty good thats about it. They give you no ingredients in your bowl they are not the friendliest and multiple times the rice was very dry and flakey. On top of that I saw a working mixing white rice without gloves on and I also have seen a worker move and touch the trash can and then tried to use the same gloves to serve me food. The chiptle down the street in the anderson town center is much better I saw them wearing gloves when mixing the rice, they pile on all the ingredients and 9/10 they are very friendly.Parking: About 25 to 30 spotsWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp right next to the chiptle and good handicap parking.

Was getting a bowl. Asked for Barbacoa. End of the pan. Maybe gave me an ounce of meat. Laughed. They did nothing and I just threw it out on the way out. Chipotles used to be so good. Such a shame.

This is absolutely unacceptable! I ordered a Pickup order and it looks like my food was thrown in the bowl with little regards to chipotles portion size. I didn't even eat it because it looks like someone ate half of my bowl and i don't want to take any chances. This single chipotle location ruined all other chipotles for me and will not be taking my business to them or their partners. The team here needs a rework asap.

Weak service but that was not that big of an issue. The bag of chips were stale, they had clearly mixed old and semi new chips together in one bag it was not good to eat at all. Portions have been reduced significantly from their usual standards. And the steak was not easily chewable. Too bad as this used to be my favorite place.
Ordered pickup from the app - 1pm was the expected time it would be ready. Got there right at 1- there were a few others waiting for their pickup orders, no bags on the shelf. The 2-3 people working the pickup side were very slow and barely able to keep up, especially since the person taking walk-in orders just left at one point without telling her coworkers. That made 1 of the people working pickup move over to the walk-in line, making the wait for pickup even longer. It was 1:20 by the time I finally received my order, went home and realized - both burritos I ordered were severely underfilled (and we paid more for my husband to have extra meat). I had ordered the Sofritas (I’m a vegetarian) burrito, which aside from being underfilled, tasted decent. Fast forward 12 hours later, food poisoning hit me HARD. I had no other food all day after the burrito and I was sick as a dog through the night. Extremely dissatisfied with this particular location! I have gotten the exact same burrito from Milford and Eastgate locations without issue. It will be a LONG time before I have Chipotle again ?

This places is the worse chipotle I ever been to, it’s customer service is horrible. They stop making fresh food around 7:30/8 each day although they close at 10 so they can slow down traffic and prevent new customer from dirtying up line and cleaning stations. This has happen to me myself at least 6 times at this location within 4 month of living close to this one so my only guess would be this is their tactic to get out early. We’ll I am an unhappy customer that will go to the Anderson location instead.

You guys are always out of something. Cheese, lettuce, chicken. And then you only get online during the middle of lunch hour. Thats sucks and I will take my business elsewhere.
