You know the saying, "You get what you pay for"?I stopped in for lunch on 3/19/2024. Prior to visiting, I expressed to my co-workers, who gave me their selections for carry out, that I have NEVER liked Whiting...EVER! But, because I feel hard for the Salmon Cuban, I am going to give their Deep Sea(Whiting) Hoagie a try.For starters, aesthetically, this was a beautiful sandwich. The sandwich was crafted to be photographed for a the cover of a culinary magazine, or website. Nice soft hoagie bun, light red onion, tomato, chipotle mayo, crispy (not withered) iceberg lettuce, and the star; a nice piece of crunchy Whiting. Not too much, or too little of any of the consciously selected ingredients.The taste? As God is my secret judge and jury, I have not consumed Whiting in every bit of 30 years. To taste Conscious Kitchen's Deep Sea Hoagie felt like the final scene in the original Color Purple when Celie and Nettie locked eyes in the field.That part!
Food ok if you ever get it. Table rocking legs, felt like I was at on a titanic cruise.

Absolutely superb! My new favorite restaurant! Atmosphere was so chill and vibe, with brilliantly colored artwork. The service was great and the food…. I can’t even begin to describe how insanely delicious it was. My husband got the South West burger and he said the turkey patty was so flavorful with every bite. I got the Venetian Salad and made myself count to 20 in between each bit to savor the rich, complimentary flavors longer. The combo or sun dried tomatoes, olives, feta, nuts & dried fruit with field greens topped with the most tender, incomparably season chicken was fireworks in my mouth!Whomever the owners are, BRAVO! Thank you!
