Great food, a little expensive but I’d say worth it since I would only come here every now and again. There’s not many places around that have Phó so I am glad to find one. I need to come back to try the sesame balls. It was only a little confusing that it is technically conjoined with another restaurant but we called and got it cleared up.

We tried this place because we saw it on wing week, and I’m so glad we did. The wings are awesome and the lemongrass sauce goes crazy. I will definitely be back in the future to try their other menu items!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I ordered from here for the first time. Ordered online for curbside pick up. Despite putting in my order at 5:25 and receiving a notification that my order would be ready by 6:03, I didn't get my order until 25 minutes later. When I first called, I was told to call back "in a few minutes" because my order still wasn't ready; when I called back again, I was told it still wasn't ready and they would call me when it was. I was never called. I finally called at 6:25 which is when they still had to "check" on the status of my order & someone finally brought it out at 6:25. I get you may be busy (albeit just a Tuesday night), but I never even got a "so sorry you had to wait". Will never order from here again based on the poor customer service.

We got a tofu and noodle dish and veggie noodle soup and some dumplings. The best thing by far was how fresh it was! Everything tasted like it was just made. The veggies were fresh not frozen. And for a vegan there were tons of options. Will have again!

During this crazy year, I have embraced the spirit of supporting our local restaurants. I want people to see the great places which value their customers and makes them want to return. However, I can't say the same about CRZY Monk. I ordered my food online (Singapore Chicken Vermicelli Noodles plus egg roll and Coke) and the order showed a 20 minute wait. I got to the restaurant about 5 minutes early and wanted to let the person behind the counter know. There was no one behind the counter, and my wait turned into 10 minutes. When the man came out, he looked confused...no greeting, just an odd look. I gave him my name and let him know I placed an online order. He disappeared for a minute and came back with a small container. I thanked the man, took my bag and left out the door. I made a quick U-Turn after realizing I didn't pay online, so I paid in the restaurant. Also, I didn't get my egg roll or Coke and waited 5 minutes for it to get done. The total for the food came up to $12.84. The online total for the food was $11.74 with tax, so I still can't figure that out. By the time I paid and left (with everything), I had lost my entire lunch hour. Worse, the food was absolutely horrendous. The Singapore Chicken Vermicelli was full of Tumeric, slimy, soggy noodles, a few sparse veggies, and generic boneless chicken pieces. For me, this was the blandest, slimiest, flavorless pile of food placed into a container I had EVER had. I used a packet of instant ramen seasoning on it to give it flavor. The egg roll was standard, but I enjoyed it more than the entree. Normally, I am happy to stand by restaurants and give them business. But the relationship is a mutual one. Customers appreciate restaurants, and restaurants appreciate customers. I didn't feel appreciated here. I felt cheated. Please don't make the same mistake I did...avoid this restaurant.

They changed the Soba noodles. I ordered UberEats and it's totally different from the old Soba noodles. It came with broth now and the taste is pretty bland. I asked for onions but they didn't put any. No more egg like it used too.

Ordered takeout and got a literal brick of rice noodles and watery curry. Ordered egg roll but never got to try it because they forgot in the order. They didnt pack the noodles good enough and spilled them all over me and my car. Unwelcoming staff. Really unsatisfied with what I paid 12 dollars for. Won't return.
Excellent. I had the pho and my friend had the won ton soup but subbed dumplings. Hers looked just as tasty as mine.

Crzy Monk makes great food, healthy and delicious. The staff is always friendly. The orders are accurate. I hope to dine in here in the future but have been doing carryout until then. One small tip: dumplings come fried or steamed and it seems fried may be default. Be sure to ask for steamed if that's what you want.
