The service and setting is very nice. Food was not great. Steak was tough, salad was not very fresh tasting. The white table cloth and nice atmosphere off set the meal. Doubt we go back

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant with high expectations but left feeling let down. The only aspect of our experience that could be considered "fine dining" was, regrettably, the price. While the food we received was not terrible, it fell short of justifying the cost, leaving us expecting much more in terms of quality. The majority of our two-hour visit was consumed by waiting, which was a significant damper on our evening. It was evident that the restaurant was operating with a minimal staff. While I sympathize with the employees, who undoubtedly were doing their best under the circumstances, the impact on our experience was undeniable.Given the price point, I would strongly recommend considering a reservation at any Jeff Ruby location instead. Based on our experiences, the overall quality, service, and experience at Jeff Ruby far surpass what we encountered here. If you're looking for a truly memorable fine dining experience, you might find, as we did, that your expectations and reality starkly diverge at this establishment.

Every experience here is wonderful! The staff is top notch and the chef really cares about the experience of each guest and very accommodating for special requests (especially some particular little ones with special birthday requests!). Mitch is a very attentive and personable server, he made the night so seamless and enjoyable!. Lauren always goes the extra mile to, not only provide excellent service, but to treat you like family ❤️ We love dining and celebrating here!

Disappointed in our food in that it was all overly salted. Unable to get to eat less than half of it. Lettuce in the salad did not seem fresh and had brown spots in it. I am reluctant to go back and it was always one of my favorite restaurants.
We had a lovely family dinner celebrating a career accomplishment. The food was outstanding and the service even better! Kirk was our server and he made us feel welcome and helped our kiddos feel extra special! He was very knowledgeable and on his game all night (especially with his table side dessert presentation!). Thanks!

Our experience was great and our waiter Kirk made it even more better. He recommended so many great foods and drinks options. He went into great detail to explain the flavors of wine and found us the best pairing for our food. Definitely coming back!

Great food, selection and service. Nice mix of beef and seafood. Appetizers and sides were fantastic. Most were very shareable...especially desserts! Extensive wine and cocktail selection. Highly recommend!

We were there celebrating a special birthday, and we're greeted very warmly at the hostess stand by the two young ladies there. We got a nice card on the table that was hand signed by the wait staff we assume. The busboy greeted us with water and bread. The waiter finally came over and took some drink orders. Seemed to be distracted by several other tables of couples or a group of young men. We were too female diners. I noticed Matt greet. Several other tables, never did come over to our table. looking around I saw all the waiters for men, and there was a young lady that brought our dinner out from the kitchen. All we could think about was Julia Roberts in the movie pretty women, big mistake. The food was delicious. The filet mignon potstickers were excellent, but the nonchalant attitude of atttention to 2 60 something female diners makes it unlikely that al we will come back anytime soon. We did appreciate the birthday carrot cake.

Very nice restaurant, beautiful. The food was just OK. It was a little cold. I didn’t raise that with our server because it was Valentine’s Day and they were pretty busy. Hopefully, if I visit again the food will be better. Service was great, our server was very attentive as well as the
I was disappointed that I wasn't given a booth because I was told they had reservations for them and two were empty the entire we were there. Our server could have been a bit more attentive. He forgot he bread and seemed in a rush the entire time.
The steak here is nothing special even though they claim to be the only restaurant in the US. to serve a certain kind of beef. I could go to Kroger and make a more flavorful steak than they made me. They must not eat their own food or else they would know how generic it tastes.

Me and my family decided to dine at this restaurant due to the reviews.upon my first time experience I realized this wasn’t it especially on my grandmother birthday, let me just say the food wasn’t what I expected. It took my server 3 times to get my house salad right, then my cheese burger with fries was cold. For this to be an upscale restaurant It should be steaming hot.first impression is everything and I was not impress. The waiter was great he just has to listen and pay attention to the customers request. But other then that I may give them a try again I just think they need to do better.
