Went in and there is no one to answer questions about the food. It is a touch screen you order off of.
I stood there for 10 minutes today while my friend was in the bathroom. I asked “Is this meatless?” in the Mi So Zen ramen and a worker just nodded, “no meat.” Then she walked far away where I would have had to shout to communicate further.
I’m sorry but what exactly is “soy egg”? Because on Google it says an egg dunked in soy sauce. An Egg is meat…. so if this is true, I was given false information.

The dining area itself was standard with minimal decor. I do like ramen, so I wish someone was around to actually help instead of sitting behind the counter while I stood for 10 minutes looking at them.

I was possibly lied to about the meat, so I have to low score.

A little pricey but the food was good

Wish I could give additional stars for the service. Staff was very attentive to what's going on outside the kitchen and how their guests are enjoying themselves. As someone who works in food service, it's easy to spot when the staff genuinely cares about their customers. I Love Noods hit that mark. The food was great and their specialty drink options are well beyond any boba/tea place I've ever been too. I'm not from the Cincinnati area so this place will be a spot I'll return to anytime I find myself in the area again.

First time visited the store, Traditional Pho Bo with beef was good, close to what I ate in Vietnam, lot of noodles inside. Boba Tea was also good. Maybe a bit expensive soup, especially if you come during the working lunch, but it was delicious. If they had some business lunches with soup for less cost would be also cool.

The food was wonderful but what made my experience eventful was the staff attentions and care to my dinning experience. Harvey was very attentive to our table and brought us sauce among other things without prompting. he made our experience enjoyable and relaxing.

Shumai was a bit small, uncle yip is better for taste and size. Rest of the food was tasty, probably the best Ramen in the area.

Good food and good bubble tea. So glad to have a proper bubble tea place in Eastgate finally. Their ramen noodles are delicious and come with several toppings.

This place is just all out amazing!! I go here to get boba and it's so good and you can tweak it to how you like as well! The staff are some of the kindest souls I've personally ever met, the always have the sweetest smiles ever seen!! I love yall!

Absolutely amazing!! We came here for lunch earlier this afternoon and I am already thinking about it again. It was authentic, good quality pho. Wonderful atmosphere. What I am assuming is the owner or manager was extremely helpful, offering to help us through the menu and was very friendly. The kitchen and seating area were very clean.
