Love the space, love the beer. But not thrilled with the experience to get there and navigating it. Parking is awful and limited for such a large space, especially when they have am event going.

I was kicked out because my puppy was barking. Don't allow dogs if you don’t want any barking. I have been there plenty of times when other dogs have been barking. One time someone’s dog actually snapped at my older dog and no one was ever kicked out. Also as one of very few people of color there it was extremely traumatizing be kicked out. I was there for a total of 30 minutes before being told to leave. They told me to take my dog to puppy classes and in those very classes they tell you to take your dog to public spaces to socialize them. What are dog owners to do if they are going to be kicked out wherever they take them. How are we supposed to get our dog used to an environment like that if we are not allowed in. I will never go back here.

A great place to go for a group hangout with good food. Pizza and cheesy bread are delicious but the fried pickle chips were disappointingly soggy. The dipping sauce that comes with them is really good though. The outdoor patio is huge and heated with a variety of games. We had a great time!

Prepare your taste buds for a culinary delight. We didn’t order anything fancy - pizza, salad and nachos. But wow! So delicious and great presentation.

Come at lunch and you get to meet people like Natalie who is a super friendly manager that is always happy to help and ensure a wonderful experience. Madtree has always been great and they strive to impress! The location is beautiful, cheers!

We went for a friend's event and found that there was far less table space than was reserved. When asked we got told that a reservation doesn't mean that everyone gets a seat. This wasn't a last minute reservation either it was put in 2 months in advance. To quote Seinfeld "So you know how to take a reservation, you just don't know how to hold it."Outside of that the food was fine. We got the taco nachos which seem to just be store brand Doritos with toppings, but the toppings were delicious and the portion is HUGE. The pizza seemed to have a whole lot of olive oil poured on top of the toppings which not just made it a mess but made it hard to eat.Wait times at the bar were super short for being a busy day and the food came out fast. The beers were great as always and all of our staff interactions were super great minus the reservation fiasco.
Overall great experience. Pizza selection was excellent, lively atmosphere, and everything was delivered to our party in a timely manner. I will be returning very soon!

Love the vibe and overall setup of Madtree and will still return, unfortunately my latest visit and experience wasn’t great.I was excited to try the food the new kitchen provides — but after a two hour wait (had originally ordered at 7 pm on Friday), they had forgotten my order and decided to just close shop for the night. I did get a refund, but was pretty disappointed. I was originally told I’d be getting a refund and the food would also be out in 20 minutes as well after the wait, but the food again never came out. At that point I didn’t really anticipate it would, so wasn’t overall shocking. Seems like the new kitchen has some work to do in that department, as it also happened to two other friends in my group that night.Understandable when they’re extremely busy, but was still disappointing.

Just a bad experience. Ordering 3 pizzas and had to wait more than 90 minutes to get them. We just cancelled the order after 50 minutes and moved. But at least tell the customer when placing the order that it will be that long so that he can decide if he want wait that time.

Absolutely love the new menu madtree has. The pizza was amazing, light and flavorful. Service is quick and friendly and the ambience is top tier. Great spot to grab a bite to eat and enjoy some beer with your friends and family!
