It is apparent upon entering the restaurant that they are in transition. I overheard that they are closing. Ordered carry out … 2 bourbon chicken dinners w/ fried rice and dumplings. $53 total. Got home and knew by the smell of the bourbon chicken that it was bad. The potstickers were hard, and explains why they looked in 3 different freezers before they dropped my order … so they were probably freezer burned. I returned to the restaurant and had to argue with the daughter to get a refund. She was unapologetic and snatched my receipt out of my hand. Never again. Not surprised they are closing.

Been coming here since I was a small child, never had any problems. Today I ordered cashew chicken for my friend. Get all the way to their place and there is no chicken in the dish. So I call up and they immediately get defensive and accuse me of eating all the chicken. Saying they prepared it, just them all alone and they do it the same all the time. And basically refused to make it right or acknowledge their mistake. After that treatment they’ve lost a lifelong customer.

I didnt want to do this but felt called to, i eat at all kinds of different chinese restaurants and this place by far served the WORST chicken fried rice ive ever had in my life period, and i love chinese food and ive never complained but this was disrespectful to charge money for what i got. Ive had old chinese leftovers 3 days old that i microwaved that tasted better. Instead of selling handbags and jewelry, cook better food and the money will come!!!!

I've never had a problem with my food orders, just wish it was a little easier on the wallet. Great service though

I will not patronize this place ever again! I ordered Shrimp Egg Foo yong and it was burnt. Usually you get 3 separate shrimp patties however I received one and the other two were flat pieces of eggs. I also ordered shrimp fried rice it consisted of a bowl of brown rice with shrimp. No egg and no vegetables. I've been eating Chinese food my entire life and I never had to ask for vegetables to placed in my shirmpd fried rice.I brought the food back fried rice I did not touch. I only ate half of one shrimp egg fooy ong pattie. The ladies who owns the restaurant would not give me my money back. I had to get a store credit and she took the fried rice reheated it and added vegetables. DON'T EAT HERE!

The chicken is little tiny pieces the size of your front tooth and is hard and dried up you can't eat it. I'm very disappointed and only has noodles and chicken rocks . Do not eat there ,10:95 for noodles

This nice Chinese Hole-in-the-wall restaurant used to be the best you could find and I would frequent it. Unfortunately, the prices continue to get higher and higher and makes Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse look like a better bang for your buck. I'd go across the street to Imperial Wok or down the street to China Max in the Kenwood Mall.

The young waitress who served me asked if I wanted water and placed a water bottle on my table. I asked if I could have a glass of water rather than buy a bottle to which she responded no. I ordered chicken rice soup which seemed extra salty.I then ordered dumplings and a kind woman came from the kitchen with a glass of water.Hopefully this young waitress who had an extremely negative attitude will be taught respect for customers or told to leave.Thank you to the owner for responding however you have been misinformed.I did ask for a glass of water and the waitress replied that the bottled water was all she had. That is the only conversation I had with her.At no time did I speak to her unkindly.

Came on Christmas Day. We ordered at the counter and had our food in a few minutes. The hostess was very kind and informative to our dietary needs.
