Tasty, never had an incorrect order. A little slow for carryout (orders are never on the carryout shelf if you order during lunch) but it beats waiting in the main line. Would love to see cucumber and spinach come back on the menu, it's a little depressing having lettuce as the only green on my sandwich.

If I could leave a 0-5 I would. Went in to use a promo code cause their website wasn’t working. Get there and the staff was kinda clueless, no manager on duty and didn’t know how to punch in a promo code. I’ve worked the food industry and was disappointed in how my experience went here… Very poor hospitality. Honestly the Rookwood one is the best one to go to. Not sure if i will be a returning customer

Used to be my favorite place. Will never be returning. After waiting an hour and a half for a COLD BROWN AVOCADO sandwhich and not even full cup of soup. Unreal. Idk how management allowed them to serve this.

I had trouble with the website to order for office. Things did not look good but then I got a manager on the phone. I believe her name is Ashley. She fixed the issue and walked the order over. All five stars belong to her.
I have used this location for quite a few business meetings and they are top notch for accurate orders!! Great communication and prompt delivery. Food is very fresh and they are very accommodating on changes requested. Will continue to recommend this location to downtown co-workers!!

We were looking for an affordable place to eat before a Reds game. Our hotel was directly across from Fountain Square, so we chose to eat at Pot Belly's. I had a BLTA sandwich, which is a BLT plus avocado. It hit the spot for me. I liked the addition of avocado. The bacon seemed to be a peppered bacon, which I like. The staff were professional and pleasant. I noticed that they were cleaning when they didn't have any orders. I've never eaten at a Pot Belly's before, but I probably will since this was a pleasant experience.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten . Came packed with onions on bread with one small piece of what I think was pepperoni on my Italian sandwich . Got this gross onion sandwich through DoorDash so can’t do much about it now . Was going to order subways Italian sandwich but wanted to try something new well wish I would Have just gotten subway this sandwich isn’t Italian just cuz you threw one tiny slice of pepperoni on some onions and Italian seasonings.
