I honestly had never heard of Red Feather until this Christmas when my Aunt gifted me a card to this establishment. I wasn't sure what to expect and that may be why my review is so high. The restaurant was small but the flavors were outlandishly large. The chef and kitchen pay fine attention to the smallest details and it's so very evident. I went with the winter menu Alabama White BBQ which is totally out of the norm for me, but came with a rave review from the waiter. He was not wrong. The mayo BBQ and peppery rub with honey mustard pecans brussel sprouts was wonderful and to die for. The prep took a bit longer to come but the wait was every bit worth it when I got to dig into the country comfort food to mix that chicken and cheddar grits together. I witnessed the 38oz Ribeye and the Filet Mignon all delicately plated with yums from my party. The location and ambiance make this a perfect date night trip, although it'll cost you, it's well worth it.Parking: There is a lot within the block next but there is also street and valet at the restaurant.

It was another great evening with friends at Red Feather. Aaron and David always ensure that the overall experience is great. Our server - Mercedes - was simply terrific and the daily special - a Cajun-inspired pasta Alfredo was simply out of this world - well done Ronnie!

Very disappointing trip to Red Feather. We have dined there many times and always walked away wanting to come back. This time was different. We arrived early and ordered drinks from the bar. They had no Pinot Grigio or Cabernet by the glass. One person in our group just wanted a Miller Lite or something close but they only had craft beers/IPAs. How do you stock a bar and not have any of these three? Bar service was slow because the bartenders engaged in long discussions with one another. We were seated and told that they were out of 2 of the 6 main entrees. It was 7pm and they open at 5. How do you run out of Pork Chops and Salmon 2 hours into Saturday service? The dining area is over-crowded. We were sitting so close to two other tables we literally had to get up to let people in/out. Drink service was also super slow during dinner and our waiter said he didn't know the wine bottle menu at all. We had to ask every time someone needed a drink and he would run off before anyone else could order. The food was good. The Alabama Chicken was great but pricey for a chicken dish. We always order the Short Ribs and it was tasty, but the serving size was super small for $51. We brought two other couples with us because we had such great dining experiences in the past at Red Feather, but everyone left disappointed. I don't think the others that attended will go back and we're undecided if we will return.

The pork belly apts were good, the salad was fresh but it had a watery dressing on it . The Alabama chicken was cold and still pink , the pork chop was overcooked and tough, the waitress only refilled our drinks if the alcohol based not ice tea, The desserts were ok , but we'll never go back

Eating at Red Feather is always a pleasure. The menu varies from season to season and there's always a good selection of fan favorites. Its our top restaurant to go when we just want to have a good time enjoying one another's company and good food.

My husband and I came here for our valentine's dinner and it was the perfect place for a date night! Definitely gives the upscale experience for date night but without being prestigious or stuffy. Prices were what we expected for a fancy dinner but VERY much worth it, the food is out of this world. Don't miss the ricotta app! Perfect portion sizes too. Staff was incredibly helpful, very kind and accommodating. Our server Mercede was an angel!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience there! Our server, Katie, was very friendly and helpful. Our meals were wonderful and the Atmosphere and feel of the restaurant is very nice. We will come back again and will definitely recommend!

Everything was excellent. Short rib and ricotta are must haves. Our server, Mercedes, was phenomenal. Red Feather continues to be one of the most underrated restaurants in Cincinnati.

Went to this restaurant for our anniversary...let me start off by saying that the personalities and customer service and overall atmosphere is great, especially out waiter Mercedes who was very pleasant....we started off with drinks, something called a honeymoon, apricot drink, lemon drop and something I don't care to remember. All very bitter, whoever the bartender is loves bitter drinks, but he needs to understand that just because you like bitter doesn't mean every customer does. Drinks were a sign for things to come because it didn't get better, got the crispy salmon for me and she got the short rib and both got the truffle fries and brussel sprouts....did not care for any of the food, short ribs were very over cooked, fries were ok and brussel sprouts were burnt and had a honey mustard taste which was strange, and the only thing good on the salmon was the crust part the rest was not seasoned at all...total bill came to about $180, which is a high price to pay for lackluster food...the reviews on here just seem to be people who came out just to be social take selfies and for the atmosphere, and trying to convince themselves the food was good when it really wasn't....we felt very welcome and warm but the food and drinks are definitely aimed at a certain demographic that will drink anything as long as it gets you there and eat anything as long as it's presented well... Mercedes and the Customer service is the only thing that saved this rating from being a 1..need to get a whole new kitchen staff

Kitchen was super smokey and my eyes were burning when we left. I've ate there several times and not had this experience but someone needs to sort out the vent hoods in the kitchen if you're going to leave it exposed to the dining area.

My husband and I went for Valentine's Day and it was AMAZING! Keep in mind that the menu does change based on the season, so not everything posted on the online menu was available. Our waitress was so amazing and the valet was extremely convenient. Will definitely be back!

The food is always amazing. There is always something new on the menu to go along with the favorites that we just can't resist. I had the shrimp & grits and the flavors were absolutely wonderful.

Service was excellent. Split a starter, salad and entree with a friend. Presentations were nice. Starter was delish, other two were good, tho basic. At times during the meal it was chilly, we (and others) pulling sweaters up around our shoulders or putting coats back on. Was an ok meal and experience, give it a 7 out of 10, but not enough to make us want to go back. Tho as I said, we had an excellent server!

French onion soup was served cold. The soup itself wasn't great, even when warm. Shrimp and grits and onion soup were both SUPER GREASY. Waiter was good. Chicken skins were the highlight.
