I will say the barbecue is excellent. The fish is good. I was recommended to get the Cajun. It was a little bit too spicy for me, but it was a nice treat and enjoyable. The operator/Chef was really doing a great job with maintaining cooking standards. Very friendly and I’ve seen them during a two week visit to the area in Hamilton, Ohio and was glad I was able to try themat the municipal bear brewing company.
Tried a couple different flavors of wings. Both were amazing. Mac & cheese so good made me wanna smack my mama. Potato salad on point. Biggest cheeseburger I’ve seen also delicious.
Chef Shawn just catered my 20th Anniversary Dinner and 4 days later, people are still talking about the greens, mac&cheese, catfish, & cornbread. I can't have another big event with family like that again and not have his food present.
I had the rib tips with Mac and cheese both full of flavor and not overly salty. Definitely be going back!
Tried this BBQ food truck and was pretty disappointed. The prices felt steep for what I got. I had the pork, and unfortunately, it was really dry and not enjoyable. I was hoping for something more flavorful and tender. Not sure I’d return, especially with other options around.
The Food truck was in downtown Hamilton on Main St. Right in the heart of it all. Insanely great BBQ. Meat was tender and juicy along with just the right amount of sauce that was also soulful. I definitely recommend if you ever catch the food truck around.
Omg! This food is so Good best Bbq ever specially the 🔥Brisket Loaded Fries 🔥 and fresh Collard greens!!!
Honestly a spiritual experience. Best BBQ I've ever had EVER. Words can't describe the sensation you'll get from trying this food. It's amazing.
Entire menu is amazing.
Highly recommend treating yourself to this culinary gem! Oh and try the salmon bites, blackened salmon and bbq. So amazing! Fast delivery too
