Whoever was running the front of the line tonight (Sun Feb 5th, around 6-6:30) either needs to work on her customer service skills or find another job. We asked for some sides of rice in the medium size, red, containers and she said they couldn't do that. And that's fine, we didn't know. So we asked for 6 small plastic containers of rice and she acted like we were putting her out. I didn't eat, this was for my 9 year old. He loves the rice and wanted an adult cheese quesadilla as well. After the quesadilla was ready, she threw it down on the counter.We all have bad days. I understand. Why do paying customers have to deal with your employee's awful attitude, when we too work long days. We live in Circleville but haven't been here for a few months. Not due to food quality or customer service, just out of town. But as long as she has the attitude she does then we'll go to Chillicothe or Columbus.

No matter what time of day you go into this place, they are out of something. Last time it was steak, chicken, and lettuce. This time it was Barbecoa, queso, and lettuce. Should never be told it'll be a few minutes wait for queso, or they're out of a meat when full containers are sitting on the online order line.

If you order on the app, double check your food before leaving. They have been getting items wrong more frequently lately. Normally the food is good here but they need to make sure what's on the mobile label matches what's in the dish.

Well… it was nice having a chipotle in Circleville while it lasted. Never again. Go in, theres a sign that says “we may be out of some things, we appreciate your patience.” I get it.. i order bowl double chicken white rice and a barbacoa burrito. No burrito wraps, no white rice, no barbacoa. Alright… so two bowls. Next, their out of sour cream, and i almost said forget it and left, but i got sc at the house so ill roll with it. I pay, look over at the online order station, sour cream, asked nicely hey can i get some sour cream on my bowls, no those are for online orders only. Thinking she is joking, im like cool and i start to get them out and she stops me and says i cant have it, bout this time the manager comes up, im like i just need 2 scoops of sc basically so my 24 buck meal doesnt suck, she, on her way out the door basically rolls her eyes and left. So …. that place. Wouldnt it be nice that if your out of something in one spot be like hey let me check over here for you, you know to make the customer happy, nah, not in this economy. So done.
Worst Chipotle around constantly out of stuff today it's tortilla shells and rice ran out so a line out the door waiting for them to make it this location always has something going wrong
