45 minutes to get a table and then waited 45 more for our food. Everything was undercooked and cold. This may be a good place when their not so busy. But if there is a long wait, save your time and go somewhere else.
The food is good but I feel like the portions are to small I use to go to hourly truly they have bigger portions for ur money but they went up on prices so I guess I'm a have to slide over to landmarks from here on out for decent prices and good food at the same time
Addy's is a no frills, old school diner located inside the 5th street arcades. The wait to get seated was about 10 minutes, but the wait to receive our food from the time we ordered was 30 minutes. My guess is that being a Sunday morning, this was one of their busier times. Luckily, we weren't in a rush and enjoyed good conversation, the laid back atmosphere and good food!
Food was below average, but our server was kinda rude. Our table was really small and I wanted to make room for our food to fit. I told her she can take back the jug of syrup since I don't want it, she got mad at me because I said I don't want syrup with pancake. They said they only had one chef working today, I appreciate him/her (it was busy).
Absolutely outstanding. Genuinely the best part of my trip to Cleveland. Went back two days in a row, would have gone more if I had been in town longer. Classic diner food for a great price.
This small diner in the middle of the Arcade is a decent spot the service was friendly but completely unorganized. It is a small location with not a ton of tables but we waited a very long time for our breakfast. Our server did continuously come out and check on us and kept us updated on the status of our order which was appreciated. The food was normal diner food which, in my opinion, was not worth the wait. I would suggest checking out the other locations in the area as I felt they were superior.
Stopped here for breakfast this past Saturday morning and are so glad we did! We’re downtown quite a bit and had never really found a solid diner-type breakfast for a reasonable price…until Addy’s. The service was quick and efficient, the place was super clean (their griddle/grill was the most spotless I think I’ve ever seen), the food was delicious, and the prices were more than fair. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great experience!
A great little dinner. The food is delicious, the service was great, and the prices are very reasonable.
Loved this little diner! In a beautiful historic arcade. Waitstaff extremely nice and attentive. Food standard diner fare but nicely done and more than reasonable prices for a big-city downtown. Highly recommend.
Not worth any effort at all. Had to wait 20 mins for a table and then when we sat down the server said she had no time to serve us and we would have to wait. Eventually when she came over she rather bluntly said we would have to wait at least 30 mins for the food to arrive. Pretty surprising for a diner with a relatively limited breakfast menu. I asked why we couldn’t have been told this at the start, to which the smug reply was “take it or leave it, there’s no where else to go!”. We got up and went to Potbelly’s 100 yards away. Terrible experience. Also looked like dog pee under a chair at our table!!
Awesome spot in an old school mall attached to the hotel. Eggs Benedict were amazing and breakfast burrito was delicious. Great service!
great service. quick turnaround on ordering and receiving my food. i'm from out of town and would highly recommend stopping here for breakfast! great prices too
This is perfect for what it is. A place you can spend $10 on a grand slam and leave happy.
Tasty, traditional diner food with friendly service. I had the french toast, which was super eggy with a generous dusting of powdered sugar, and a couple of eggs over easy. The food was great but unfortunately the coffee was basically brown water.
Great breakfast, not too busy.
