Loved my birthday cupcakes these were the best cupcakes ever, the frosting was so good and they tasted so unique! The frosting on other cupcakes is usually so basic and tastes the same lol, this frosting had a hint of cheesecake and I absolutely loved it! I will be back soon ?

Bought a brownie and spit it into the trash what a waste of money. It was like a hunk of fudge. Filthy

The Colossal Cupcakes shop smelled delicious and was a perfect place for aesthetic, cute pictures. Everything was great until I asked for a bag. The worker who was managing the counter laughed and said with a snooty attitude that they do not have bags. I think that they should consider getting bags as they are in an area that is a place where people walk to and shop around; not get in their cars and drive immediately home. Know your customers. When I got home the cupcakes were completely destroyed, however still tasted amazing. I wish I could have tasted them before they were cross contaminated. The cupcakes were also $6 a piece, $36 for 6. Even though I didn’t mind, they are definitely pricey.

Cute pink and gold themed cupcake location. Service was great and the cupcakes were good. Many offerings and some nice little add on items in a pink and gold vending machine. Cupcakes are definitely big enough to share so the price point isn’t too bad based upon that. I’ve found though that bigger cupcakes tend to be drier which was true of these.
The place was grimy and unclean and dark and gloomy. The cashier looked bored and miserable.I asked if the cupcakes were baked today and she said she didn’t know… it was Monday… so I’m guessing these cakes were leftover from the weekend!! I bought a $7 chocolate cupcake, it was so dry!!! Not good at all. I would have returned it but, I was on my lunch break and was kinda far to walk back to… never again!!! Super expensive and NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!

We both ordered a Vanilla Cupcake for our dessert. The cake was very dry and crumbled all over. Neither the cake or the frosting had much of a flavor, let alone a vanilla flavor.

Workers were nice but the cupcakes themselves were fowl. The icing was the most offensive thing I have ever had the displeasure of consuming and will unfortunately not be returning for a $50 box of

It’s a cute little shop. The cupcakes are big but not $7 worth. They were good. Me and my husband enjoy it. We would be back, if we were to stop in downtown Cleveland again.
We wound up not purchasing any food however it felt like this place had stopped trying if that makes sense. The floors were dirty and The Velvet chair had a lot of stains on it .I love the decor but everything was a bit grimy.
