So my Monday morning started off unexpected and needless to say downtown alliance made it all the better. My car wouldn’t start after I dropped my son off to daycare downtown i called and TaNette(sorry for the mispelling) but she got right on what I needed first she made sure I could be accommodated before giving me a solid yes Long story short she dispatched a near by worker and he came to my location in less then 10 mins of ending the call. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but I do appreciate these two because they where quick and reliable thank you again.

Orlando was very kind and friendly!! He approached me asking to help me with my bags! And he told me about how the Clean and Safe Ambassador program works and what they do! They are a great company doing a great job keeping our city clean and safe! Definitely recommend.

I was in Toledo many years ago. And I found it to be a very clean city because of a corporate Alliance to clean up the downtown. I'm glad Cleveland formed an alliance to keep downtown clean and it's working.

Guys were great!! We locked ourselves out of our car on our anniversary. They were quick and super personable in downtown traffic during a hockey game!!
Lost our dogs ID tag somewhere in downtown Cleveland and Sekia dropped it off at our front desk! All of the DCA employees we run into downtown are very friendly and keep our city looking good!
