EVERY BITE HAD A DELICATE PLEASURE TO IT. As a person who isn’t to fond of chicken teriyaki but doesn’t eat beef, I decided to try this because I happened to be in the mood for chicken teriyaki. They went BEYOND my expectations! The rice was fluffy warm and delicious! The chicken and shrimp was hot, and a commendable addition to the rice. Highly satisfied

Sushi smelled rotten and tasted so bad it had to be spit out. So gracious of them to offer a 20% refund on the total charges. Oh... and DoorDash was no help, last time I will use them.

I usually love this place, but this visit made me reconsider whether or not the drive is worth it.I placed an order for pickup to which I added salmon for an extra $2.50 but when I got home I noticed there wasn’t any in it. I tried to call for help multiple times, but the mail box is full and no one answers. It would be helpful if they had some other way to get in contact with them when things go wrong, such as an email for customer service.Sad to say this might have been my last order from here.

The worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. It appears they're entirely staffed by college kids with no training or supervision. There was a line of people and the girl at the front couldn't care less and seemed confused by the orders. She was rude and acted like it wasn't her job to help anyone, refused to clean up any trash, and rolled her eyes at customers. There's a confusing ordering system with two places to order that isn't explained well with the signage. Food was mediocre at best.

Food can be made at home. Over priced. Unfortunately, You’re better off going to wholefoods and cooking the meal.Paid $80 for-Bowl, fried rice, with chicken and shrimp, and extra veggies (didn’t get those)-California role-bento boxWaste of money.

My friend and I both have dietary restrictions but her more than I, so she was worried to build her own sushi and try is for the first time but this place had a great vibe and topping offerings that she was able to have a great first experience while catering her dietary restrictions !! Always coming back to eat sushi here !!!

The seaweed used in their sushi is so thick and tough and unchewable it literally cannot be swallowed, but instead pulled out of your mouth in a strip. Also although they offer soy wrap as an alternative, they cancel your order if you request it as they do not have it.

I love kenko, so please, clean up an eat-in area better!I was there when they just opened and the floor and tables are so dirty like they never cleaned. I took pictures but I am not posting here.Just please consider training employees so the place looks good like your drinks. Thanks

Terrible service! I've been coming here religiously every week for the past 5 years. I'm a loyal customer - still treated like trash. My drink was ready for at least 10 minutes (having ordered ahead of time on the app, which btw only works 1/2 the time). Both the cashier AND the bubble tea maker had AirPods in. I told the cashier I was waiting for a to go drink - zero communication with the drink maker, who I later noticed had my specific drink sitting in front of her already. She said ok and went back to her business. I wait another few minutes giving the tea maker the benefit of the doubt (sure - maybe she is just busy), but after that, I asked over and over again is that my drink. She either CHOSE to ignore me, or didn't hear me because of the AirPods. I yelled, I waved. Nothing. Finally the cashier noticed I was causing a ruckus and told her to give me my drink. Never again Kenko - you've lost out.

The sushi here is tasty, and their soups are delicious. They also have a variety of board games.

I was not satisfied with Kenko Sushi whatsoever. I spent over $32 on a Philly Sushi roll and upon trying to contact company with my many complaints (see pictures below) Calls went went straight to voicemail.
