It's impossible to ever get help here. I have the sip club and the workers have to give you the cups and there are never any workers around. Even if they are, they just ignore you. When you finally get your cup and make your way to the coffee station, it's usually empty. Bathrooms are always filthy.

The manager or a worker got an attitude with me just because I told her that the front doors were locked. And she snapped back “they’re broke”. Mind you, there was no sign on the door to let costumers know to use the other door lmao. So nobody knew what was going on- I had to tell 4+ people to use the other door. Typical bad costumer service, and very slow.

There were not many people inside when I ordered two bread bowls. That’s it. The two ladies working on the side of the preparation of food were too busy talking. 15 min later when I realized nobody is preparing our food I asked where we should expect it and when. One of the ladies gave me the dirtiest look and in a mean way said she would prepare it now. If I had not said anything she would still be talking.. and not working. The staff at this location always act entitled. They think they should get paid without having to work nor provide any customer service.

Look at your reviews from the last year for this location. A secret shopper would go a long way to weed out employees that need training. Your store reputation is only as good as your worst performing employee at any position. Employee performance is reflective of management. Overwhelming negative reviews over a prolonged period of time is reflective of upper/executive management/ownership. Also, please review your protocol for filling orders. I waited for 15 minutes in a mainly empty store for 1 breakfast sandwich. 5 employees fulfilling orders could not make mine before 20+ sandwiches for however many online, delivery, catering, etc. orders. Watching the screen, this wasn't a matter of when these came in. Even someone who came in after me and ordered at the counter received theirs first. Very weird atmosphere.

Absolutely terrible. The people working here are mind numbingly stupid. Do you want to wait 25 minutes for the most average sandwich you've ever had? Then you should go here. If you go to this Panera be ready to have your day ruined. Quite possibly the worst Panera ever run. The place looks terrible as well. The stair case leading upstairs feels and looks like it's about to fall apart and the place they actually are baking and cooking looks barely passable to have food served out of it,

Just the most awful experience I've ever had ANYWHERE. I will never return. Just cursing and acting like they didn't even know why I was there after I ordered. The whole time there was one dude who was just cursing and yelling. They all just lounging around in the restaurant like it's their living room or something. The whole staff needs to go. It's sad. You literally should just close this location.

The Broccoli Cheddar soup never disappoints. I tried to order baguettes and the website stated they were out and as luck would have it there could not finish my order online so i had to go in the store and the had baguettes!! Yay me!!
