I love Phoenix Coffee, I typically visit 3-4 times a week. That being said, I’ve started avoiding the 9th St location and instead going to the Madison location on my way downtown. The one on 9th Street now closes at 2 and the last few times I’ve been(between noon and 1), they’ve been out of their Firebird blend and pulled everything from the coffee bar area. I can understand wanting to get the area cleaned up and get out on time, but it shouldn’t be at an inconvenience to the customer.

Stopped for coffee and a snack which were both very good. No complaints with service. Atmosphere is a little sterile and it is chilly in there.
