I came threw drive thru employee must have gave me wrong order but I went back the manager apologized to me and made it right by cooking my food fresh I would recommend going to this location if they have more managers like

Just close it down... everytime I come here it's a problem... instead of being inside working the entire crew was outside and the window person answered from outside saying they couldn't take any orders...6 MONTHS LATER!!! Still horrible!!! Sat at the intercom for 10 minutes and no service at all but whoever was working decided to sit his tail at the register and not say anything!!! CLOSE IT DOWN!!!

They need to train the staff how to use the coupons in the app. It if frustrating having a coupon in the app you can't use because even the manager doesn't know how to ring it up. They also need to clean the window at the drive thru.

The drive thru window is full of finger prints and when that's dirty, you know the rest of it is also. The same person who takes the money also makes the ice cream cones with no gloves.

I can’t say nothing about the food or service because the door was locked at 2:00 pm but there were workers inside no sign on the door just locked them as I was leaving I saw employees come out to a car to smoke I hope they washed they hands ???♀️
