10/10 recommend. Great customer service and the food is amazing especially the bang bang chicken and the mango chicken. Strongsville mall Ruby Thai kitchen. Definitely go there

Awesome quick dine buffet style thai food-court location. Super friendly staff with low prices for a lot of food. Menu is a bit limited, but with the great flavors, awesome quality, and fast friendly service, this is an awesome spot for a quick bite. Their mango chicken with noodles is pretty good and their veggies are crisp and fresh. If you're there and uncertain, try their free samples, they will get you!

This place was awesome over 10 years ago. The chicken and rice this visit was not fresh. I suggest coming here when they are busy so the food is constantly coming out fresh.

Gave my daughter burn dried out food and would not refund money even though food was not eaten

If I could get by w/o giving them a star I would have they're service is very poor I placed an order and specifically asked if they had gray for their plain shrimp fried rice and the older Asian lady kept reassuring me they did (she spoke English then) I thought the gravy looked funny however I do realize not every restaurant gravy consistently looks or taste the same once I was able to sit somewhere and eat I quickly realized it was sweet and sour sauce like I was so pissed because she at that point no longer spoke English!!!... I will Never recommend anyone to eat here!!!!!
