Horrible experience. Took hours to get lunch and the sever even disappeared on us for a half hour and when she came back smelled like weed! Our bill was over $450 total she did nothing when we complained and to top it off the drinks didn't even taste like they had alcohol in them. No more.

Really it's time for new management here. Every opportunity I give this relic to disappoint, they capitalize on it. If there were 0 Stars for reviews, they earned it.
Summer 2023 after spending 15 minutes waiting for parking (came by boat) they refused to serve because the perfectly functioning dock was "under construction" and they told me to move.
Today once again after spending about 15 minutes docking in difficult water, I waited 5 minutes at the outside bar, no one helped me. Two bartenders conversing with each other and one on their phone. To the inside bar, an older bartender made eye contact with me several times, wouldn't approach me. A female bartender was doing shots with customers, wouldn't approach me. 5 minutes give by to the third bar where a nice younger bartender told me THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED. 5pm, kitchen staff is clearly seen cooking and bussing food out to tables.
Management - you really need help here when you have your staff refusing to take money from customers. What other reason are you here?

Terrible service. The red-headed female bartender was in such a bad mood. She insulted me. She asked me not to steal their china when she served me food. I tried to laugh and make a joke about it but she was so hostile that wasn't available. So I left and went to a different bar. I wouldn't go back here. The food is mediocre. It's just a dive to drink a lot that cost too much. Plenty other options in the Flats.

Worst meal I’ve had in Cleveland in years - granted I have not been to the flats in a long time - after this I guess I will not be back for a while - 1.5 hours waiting for our food for the waiter to tell us they were out of what I ordered for dinner - SERIOUSLY! my husband’s burger was completely overcooked and dry… don’t have a photo because I didn’t get my meal.
Always enjoy the Shooters with its location and weekend bands. Foods and service are good too.

The last 3 times we have gone down there, we've been told they're closing and haven't been served. We've been there over an hour before posted closing times on their website. 3 times they've lost out on our business. Unfortunately for them, we will no longer attempt to visit. You know the saying, 4 strikes and your out.
