Stopped in one day because my mother loves another location and the potatoes. Staff was rude to her but she still wanted to go in, it was tasty the first time so the next time I wanted a potato I ordered through door dash and the potato was not good, quality of ingredients not up to par and the dressing was too much. We also got a polish boy which was pretty good. Probably won’t be back but may try other items on the menu

I have been coming to sub city for about 2 years now and the food use to be really good and fresh but now the wings is over cooked and customer service is not terrible at all locations. I will never return unless they get new cooks and new attitudes.

The store in Elyria Ohio just had their grand opening today,and I must say they have the best sandwiches I have ever eaten the chicken philly is a world of it's own. I will definitely be going back
