The 50+ aged female waitress was really rude. The first thing she said when she saw me and my friend waiting for a table at the entrance was "ugh more people are here oh my god!" When she finally came over and interacted with us, my friend who didn't speak any Chinese thought she was having a fight with me because she was talking really loud and fast and blamed us for mistaking this restaurant for another. Will NEVER dine here.

The food is always pretty good here, however everytime I or my friends pick up, the Townes/waitress is extremely rude. Most recently, the app I used wasn’t working so she didn’t have the food ready. I was being very understanding about it, but she kept telling me how busy it was right now and acting like it was my fault I even ordered in the first place. She demanded I tell her the menu number of the items I ordered because she did not know the name of the dish. It took me time to find the number on my phone and she was very impatient and grabbed the phone out of my hand.

Amazing food, my favorite in all of cleveland, very big portions and tasty. Chongqinq crispy chicken was very crispy, spicy, an delicious and it came with a lot for 15 dollars also ordered pork egg rolls, very crispy and good, dipped it in the mapo tofu which is the best i've ever had, perfect amount of szechuan peppers as well will definitely come here again

The attitude of the owner is really bad. Today I order a meat dish and a veggie dish for pick up. When arrived there she gave my bf a receipt showing the correct dishes. But when we got home and opened the boxes the meat dish was substituted with a tofu of the same style. We called to let her deliver the meat dish to our place and she refused and hanged up my phone. She was willing to give back our money for the meat dish next time (not even right away and God knows if she will remember next time) but that was not what I wanted and her attitude was just bad. She was playing passive aggressive. She was treating us very lightly and she even laughed. She made me feel like it was my fault that I didn’t drive back to get the correct dish. Excuse me?? I have done my part right. I ordered the correct dishes, drove to the restaurant, and picked up the dishes. Why would I drive another 40min back and forth to pick up again because of your fault? She wasn’t even sorry and she didn’t say sorry at all. Now I am starved and am forced to become vegetarian for one day. Her attitude just ruined my precious Sunday! I will NEVER order at this place again.

Everything we had was good. The poor owner was busy due to not having any workers, but she pressed on like a pro. We also had orange beef which was sweet, but crispy and good. I highly recommend it.

Table was a little sticky. Came here at lunch and it was pretty empty and quiet (which is aright for me). The noodles were a little too salty. I ordered a mild spicy so it's not spicy at all. The server was pretty nice except for when I asked if I can have a little more cucumber and she said no lol. I know it could be different with each restaurants but I also work in a local Vietnamese restaurant and if customers want some extra veggies (or toppings in general) we usually will give them.

I have been going here for years; glad that they now allow indoor seating again. My favorite: the ma po tofu. The atmosphere is friendly and unpretentious, and the food is excellent. To my untrained palate, this seems like the real thing; if I ever visit Sichuan, I will have had a foretaste of it here.

I got General chicken and spring rolls. The spring rolls were good, but I wasn’t impressed with the chicken.

We stumbled upon Szechuan Cafe when we tried to go somewhere else and they were closed. This place is really awesome. I have this weird thing where I'm picky about the texture of my meat and I really hate when it's fatty and grisly. Not the case here at all. I got the Szechuan chicken and a pork egg roll and it was great. The chicken had a nice spice to it but not too hot that I couldn't eat it. It was pretty slow when we went around 7. The service was great and quick considering the waitress had to fill to go orders and wait on all the tables by herself. Please check them out and give them some business!
The food was ok but the service was horrible, I had to ask for silverware and condiments

Beyond good. With 283 items on the menu and all can be made to the order ......try beating that. They have gotten at least three quarters of China covered as far as cuisines are concerned. Classic, fresh and amazing

I am questioning if our takeout order was safe to eat a day later and after throwing it in the trash. The menu has no descriptions in over 100 choices. The 4 items we ordered were all super oily , and the oil smelled rancid and permeated the food. When we asked about the ingredients in the homestyle pork special, the woman taking our order kept saying she couldn't hear us but wouldn't come closer than 10 feet away from inside a glass door with a hole in the window. Needless to say the pork was sparse with a bed of shredded peppers and a half inch of rancid smelling oil at the bottom of the container. Everything was packed in styrofoam containers and were slightly opened. I questioned if someone's hands touched the food inside. We ordered out of convenience, While shopping at Asia plaza for groceries. As has been our experience with nearby Asian restaurants during this pandemic, the food quality has gone down as the customer service. The woman taking our order was rude and didn't speak full English so she couldn't answer our questions. She made us feel like an inconvenience. Will never return, frustrated for spending $50 on garbage and shame on them for serving it. They need to clean their fryer. ASAP!

There is a older Chinese waitress employed here who definitely doesn't like white customers. I don't eat at places where I'm not treated with a standard, acceptable level of respect.
