Would have been nice to know y’all were randomly closed today. Came all the way downtown just to find the doors locked. Wish I could review the food/drinks but we didn’t get to try them.

I'm an avid Taco Bell fan, so I was excited to go to a cantina, but this place was a disgrace to the Taco Bell name ?No seating. freezy machine was broken. Had to wait a bit for our food, and then it tasted a little burnt. Cop was posted there cause there are so many homeless people around. All around one of my worst Taco Bell experiences, and at a "Cantina" of all places.

Whoever was working here Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 9pm is the best Taco Bell crew I have ever encountered. Actually very attentive and kind… I was pleasantly surprised.

This place is a mystery to me, every time I go I have a different experience. Sometimes they are super friendly and fast with orders. Other times they take over 30 mins to make 4 tacos. Portion sizes are inconsistent. They always seem to be out of something, usually the newest menu items, Mexican pizza, wings, I’ve even seen them be out of burrito shells. There seems to always be a Tom and jerry situation happening with homeless people and the security guard there. But they have a dollar menu still.

I love taco bell, so much that I wanted to visit the nearest taco bell cantina to get the twisted freezes....They just didn't have any alcohol. None at all, no beer nothing. Food was not particularly hot or fresh, and very hastily thrown in the bag which just added insult to injury.

i order uber eats from here and they just seem to love lettuce but i dont please stop putting it on my tacos. They never ever get my order right. Like today may 13th they gave me regular fries when thats not what i paid for. This place needs better management and better staff. Ive been there in person and not a single person can do their job properly.

Cashier is really sweet it’s just on tables because some of the workers are laying at the tables and the security guard is using one too you would think they would save it for the people that is spending they made I guess not

You can order your food at one of the 4 digital menus, and when you're food is ready they call your name. You can receive a receipt through your email or in person. The atmosphere is great its not loud at all and you can always watch the news on one of their many televisions that they have mounted up on the walls.

Slow service, waited 25 minutes for a small order even though the restaurant was almost empty. Security guy was nice. Staff laughed at me when i asked if my order is almost ready. They seemed to have a lot of fun back there i guess. Food was ok.

I would have given 0 if it would let me. My husband ordered the taco craving pack for us on the Uber. Two hours and three delivery drivers later I called the store. Women on the phone was very rude so I asked if she could just cancel our order, she said she couldn't and that I would have to do I asked her what was taken so long she said THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE IT. YOU ARE A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT AND YOU DON'T HAVE THE INGREDIENTS. HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU NOT HAVE THE INGREDIENTS. Save yourself and your money don't order from here.

This is not a Taco Bell Cantina, just a regular taco bell, honestly worse than a regular taco bell. I didn't even get food. Homeless people hanging out in there, didn't even have alcohol, I could have gotten the Taco Bell 5 minutes from my house but I drove to this dump cause I thought it was supposed to be better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you like mystery and the feeling of being scared.

I was initially excited to try this, my girlfriend and I parked in a parking garage just to walk and get to this place to check it out, we should of known we were in trouble when we saw a cop car sitting by the front door and people immediately asking us for money. We walked in to a deserted dirty store, the menu is the exact same as any other taco bell minus the fact they sell alcohol, however when we inquired about alcohol we were told they didn’t have any today! What?! We decided to turn around and leave after we saw how ghetto and careless the employees were to even help us, what a let down. Don’t waste your time even walking through the front doors, you’re better off using any taco bell drive thru in the city.

Unfortunately they never get the order correct even when you tell them that it's not correct they refuse to fix it and if they do fix it it's nothing but eye rolls and lip smacks They only give you half of the ingredients that are required to equal whatever it is that you're getting $3 for half of a soft taco And as a non drinker the cantina part has absolutely no appeal but to each of their own I guess

This restaurant should be shut down, to be downtown on public square where I live and work. Brought a client here for lunch Monday I can tell she was absolutely embarrassed literally homeless people were asking for food cigarettes and money. The cashier was extremely rude when we ordered our food she had so much attitude, by the way our food was cold. This place is an absolute night mare it should not be in downtown Cleveland no way the staff is very rude and uneducated. Sad sad sad. I will not be back, I work in management in tower city I will be calling your Corporate office today.
