I ordered two beef and two chicken chalupas and was given soft taco shells instead of the cooked shells for $21 nasty I don’t like raw dough and what cost me more I should have been charged for tacos only

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks they have given my regular MT Dew instead of Baja Blast Zero and didn't say a word. Every time I go here not only is my food cold, missing items but today's potatoes were still not cooked inside and raw. Reported this place to the health inspector.

Last night my daughter and I order two #4 (crunchwrap supreme) meals. We waiting for nine minutes in the drive thru line to get our order. When we got home we had six soft taco supremes. A very expensive $19 mistake at our expense!But the mature lady that was working the drive thru & brought our food to us was nice.

Whoever the tall chick is was rude as hell to the customers and treating them like garbage.Just because YOU are working at a job you hate and you can’t find a real job does not give you the right to act like that. Fire the whole staff and start over.
