This place is beautiful! They didn’t spare on detail that’s for sure. We were lucky enough to be able to sit on the upper level. Our server was super friendly and attentive.I had the interview with a vampire cocktail, it was one of my faves so far. My brother had a manhattan he enjoyed thoroughly. We started with the frog legs. They were thick! Great seasonings and the dip was on point. The cabbage was different. We also ordered the seafood gumbo although I’m pretty positive they brought me the normal gumbo because I didn’t see or taste any seafood in it. It was like a beef stew. Not bad but not what I expected. For dinner I had the shrimp and grits. It was SO good. The bread is exemplary too I could have ate two more loaves of it with my drinks. The dish was pretty decent sized. My brother got the blackened salmon. It was seasoned well and the cups of sauces were wonderful especially the garlic butter one.For desert I had the apple bread pudding and WOW was that a good choice!!10/10 recommend checking this one out! We went to the one in Tremont, I believe I overheard another table talking about one in Cleveland somewhere, too.Either way this place is wonderful. Next time I’m definitely getting the jambalaya.Parking: There is a parking lot at some library, you have to hang a right at the corner to find that lot. It was a bit confusing and a small lot, but parking is sparse in that area. It is what it is.

Came here with some friends for my birthday and was shockingly let down. Used to love here but the food this time around was bland AND only after you get your bill you find out about an additional credit card fee you’re charge AND that’s before your forced to pay gratuity. We ended up paying a premium for just okay food. I’m really disappointed in how this place has turned out. My son’s po boy was awful so he ended up getting a burger and we weren’t even offered the smallest discount for something he didn’t eat. My etoufee was missing salt. Just all around not like the experiences I’ve had here in the past. I won’t be coming back.On a good note, our server was super nice and helpful.

Nice waitress. Food was good and fresh. Clean place. Lively bar and restaurant atmosphere. Unique. Will be back.
I'm a Louisiana native, so I know how our food supposed to taste. I wanted to try their gumbo, and it was terrible! We cook with love and passion where I'm from, and that Gumbo was not

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great food, and great adult beverage options. Good beer list from several local breweries. They have Kentuck Bourbon Barrell Ale which is one of my favorites and I highly recommend. They have a good bourbon list too. But also many other cocktail options. Fun place, but it's usually busy (which should tell you it's a good place).

What an AWESOME restaurant that has everything going for it - amazing food, great atmosphere and excellent service! Food options have something for everyone, great drink options and oh my what a festive place... Now that they added a big parking lot in the back you need to go experience Bourbon Street Barrel room - you will not be disappointed. We have never been to the "real" Marti Gras in New Orleans but this place is exactly like we know it has to be - Outstanding!
@cleveland_kicknit on InstagramThis was such a pleasant experience. We decided to go here for dinner on Saturday. The place was packed, but it didn’t take a long time for us to be seated. Maybe a 20 minute wait.We love the shrimp and grits, the gumbo the red beans and rice, the gator bites, and the blackened catfish. We really didn’t like the duck wings but the food was very flavorful. Everything was seasoned very well. Our service was exceptional and the drinks were awesome I would definitely recommend a friend.

Food was nothing but tri colored pasta with artichoke hearts poured out of a jar, which was used as the seasoning of the entire dish. All you tasted was lemon. Overly price small drinks. This is NOT authentic New Orleans food! Also, if you want a better, cheaper version of gumbo or jambalaya, buy a box of Zatarain’s and they have a way better recipe on every box. And you can choose your own FRESH ingredients to add. Won’t be back
