I order my food the lady was in a rush and kept interrupting me and they forgot part of my order did not know I told it was delivered so had to go back out to pick up dinner for my daughter told them and they wanted to charge me a delivery fee again for their mess will never eat here again

Placed an order for carry-out. Now when do you have to tip for this? I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for a carry-out. Like really? Are you coming home to feed it to me and then do my dishes? I think not. I didn’t Dine-In. So I think your hourly wage is your tip. Kind of annoyed me. I leave a tip when I Dine-In, not when I’m eating it in my car or home. The pizza tasted good. Just the tip got you a bad star.

We went to this restaurant because it has a pizza buffet. The buffet is ran much better than it is at my local Pizza Hut in East Liverpool Ohio. At no time was they're less than four pizzas on the buffet. At the East Liverpool location it is not unusual to only see one or two pieces.

This is one extremely clean & beautiful Pizza Hut located in Columbiana. We also had an exceptional waiter who was quick, efficient & friendly. We loved the specials that they offer for dinner. 2 fountain drinks, 1 medium pizza & bread sticks for $20. I opted to spend a few more dollars for the modest salad bar. Oh, and I ordered the brownies as well. Turned out to be a fast dinner that allowed us to relax the rest of the evening at home.
Parking: Parking is right outside the building

Pizza was wrong for what was orderd had more ice than tea in my glass waitress never came for refills and computers were down when trying to check out place wasn't busy, used to be a favorite but probably won't go back.
