I could eat a chorizo breakfast sandwich from here every day. The bread is perfect, the chorizo egg and cheese are perfect, the coffee is perfect. This place makes every other breakfast sandwich on earth taste terrible.

With this switch over to working from home, my schedule has changed, which makes more time to explore breakfast spots in my area. I found Baba's via Postmates and decided to give it a whirl. I have to say this is one killer breakfast menu. I opted for a veggie sandwich (veggies, harissa, egg) and added some sausage (the pork of which is local to the region, and from what it looks, is also hand formed patties). Great spot. Easy parking. Thunderkiss Coffee which I love. Got the house made chorizo and a cinnamon roll. Will continue to explore the menu. One draw back might be price point. The sandwich was a little steep street $8 with no side or anything with it, they are not huge by any means. Quality though was fantastic. Wonderful and quaint atmosphere to kick off the day. Staff was super friendly.
