While the food was ok, it would have been better if it were hot, or even warm! The app said I'd get an update when my order was ready and then I could pick it up, which would be about 20 minutes! After hearing nothing, 40 minutes later I went and it was ready, and had been for quite some time so the fries were too cold to be edible while the sandwich was barely warm but edible!

For my first experience, I had the Old School Cheesesteak and the Ultimate Fries it was absolutely DELICIOUS ?!! This is the best cheesesteak I have ever had.

The service was fast yet they didn't speak up so it was hard to hear and their haste to get people through the line made getting what you wanted hard. The sandwich was tasty yet not overly warm. The fries were not noteworthy.

Charlie's chicken cheesesteak was so delicious I could not stop eating! This is another one of my must haves on rotation! I had the footlong because I was starving. Tastebuds lovin' each bite, come on and get some of this cheesesteak. Thank me later!

They messed up my gf and I's online order and refused to help or even understand the issue. They gave us the wrong sandwich and didn't include the cheese fries. We called right away and talked to a manager named Carlos. He did not understand what was going on and didn't take any accountability. He told us it was a third party issue and not his problem. Because we used their stupid website instead of DoorDash directly DoorDash couldn't help us. We called back and talked to Darla (or something close to that) and she was as helpful as Carlos. She threw her employees under the bus and blamed being busy as why she can't take accountability for the mistake. According to DoorDash, she is a liar as she said they couldn't send us the corrected meal through DoorDash. She said that we'll get refunded but who knows. The incompetence and lack of ability to be responsible for their mistake was beyond frustrating. Don't ever use their website. The food isn't worth the headaches.
