Rude, condescending staff. They are commonly out of main ingredients and their food is noticeably less seasoned than other chipotle’s in town.

Not a great experience. Our burrito was visibly stuffed full and needed an extra wrap, but the worker just continued to wrap it until it busted and immediately fell apart when we came home. The entire place was very disorganized, and the workers were just joking around and not being very serious when the line was almost to the door. No structure at all. We waited almost 25 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we left. The soda/lid station was very messy and dirty. Management needs to overhaul this place.

The man who made my chipotle bowl today deserves a fat raise! It was filled to the brim, perfect proportions. It’s giving OG chipotle before everybody got stingy. 10/10 this is the best bowl i’ve had from chipotle in a LONG time. God

My experience has always been good here. Besides there being a lot of new people that get stressed very easily when it’s busy, and have messed up my food before, that’s my only complaint! Everything else is fine. The wait can be long sometimes, but the last time I was there, there was a gentleman (manager maybe?) in the back cutting steak. He was telling the line people what to do as it got busier for the line to go faster. He could tell the employees were getting stressed, he stepped in on the register, started talking to people, making conversation and laughing, definitely lightened the mood! I wish I would’ve caught his name, but he is a very good worker and I could tell he actually cared about how the business was being ran!Food is always fresh as well!

I paid 12 dollars for rice cheese and smoked brisket burrito because they were out of every other thing I wanted they didn't even have lettuce. I rarely go to this chipotle because I feel every time I go there out of stuff I want. I put 2 stars only because the New meat is

This location sucks they went to all digital one day and it upset me because I was in a hurry and I like to watch people make my food.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. Everytime I have been there the rice has been soft and perfectly cooked. The only downside is the parking lot is odd. Outside of that it was quick and delicious.Dietary restrictions: There are Dairy Free options.

Food was delicious, employees friendly, could speed it up a little bit but it was still good. The absolute worst part is the lack of lights in the parking lot... TURN ON THE PARKING LOT

So yea, back again with the "why can't this chipotle cook rice" order food online and came home after pick up, hope was on my mind but once again 5months later the rice sucked in my burrito. This time instead of hella salt it wasn't even cooked 20$ down the drain. Definitely not gonna order from this place again. Looking at other reviews Easton or Hamilton is my only last hopes in the Gahanna area otherwise a 17min drive to Westerville ugh.

I will say the food was decent but this location is a mess all the time. They are frequently out of stuff past 7 p.m., the line is always a wreck, needing cleaned or wiped down and there always other items dropped in other bins. The employees are constantly yelling to one another, not about the food but about trivial stuff in their lives which is fine but they get distracted while preparing food. They can talk to one another but dont need to yell as loud as they do to have a conversation.

There are too many 1 star reviews for this location! It’s been clean, portions have been good and the workers are friendly every time!

I'm not sure the point of picking up in store. If they keep all the orders in the back. You have to get in line and still talk to someone. If the orders were in the to-go place, you could walk in and grab it like it just about every other Chipotle. Very inconvenient.
