We have loved chuys since we found it. Ours in IL closed down, unfortunately, so we were super excited to try this one on our trip through Ohio. The food was just as delicious as we remember! So kudos to the kitchen staff.Our server was extremely rude. We are a family driving our small children so we didn't order large margaritas and he sized up our order as soon as he realized that. It was a super turn off. He forgot when we asked for some more salsa (luckily the sweet girl that brought out our dinner from the kitchen got us plenty when we asked again). Our main server was short with us and seemed annoyed the whole time...until we had finished eating...then he was super attentive to get us out of our seats after paying the bill.Overall great food, bad service by that one waiter. The others I saw around looked nice and attentive.

So the food was an affront to humanity. This ain't Mexican food. This is the equivilant to a white man tripping on a combo of rat poison and the purest form of cocaine """thinks""" is food and makes a menu. The staff were polite at least, seemed almost apologetic for exposing us to such deplorable acts on a plate. Whoever thought shoving a burrito full of bean paste and calling it good deserves to be flogged on the streets.

Worst service ever. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Took forever to get our drinks. After waiting over at least 45 minutes out food finally came out and needless to say very disappointing. Won't ever go back. Can't believe they charge for sour cream. Don't waste your time or money.
Horrible. the place was empty bad service waitress lackluster it beyond slow 40 plus minutes when there’s was only 5 people in the place food wasn’t good at all first time and never going back.

I think that we went into Chuy’s with nostalgia for Chuy’s in Texas, and we were super disappointed. The Bang Bang sauce we love was very cilantro heavy and not that great. The waitstaff was very flighty and seemed to not be very attentive. And the music in Ohio restaurants is always so
