We had the thanksgiving special dinner. It was excellent. Our server Nina J did excellent job And was very patient. Because we had several special request. I don't like butternut Squash soap and provided me a salad instead also asked for extra cranberries sauce and extra gravy to take home with our left overs. She was accommodating in every request made. 😁😁

Rae was an enjoyable surprise, who friendly, interactive and will be requested again. Our tasting was easy and fun with Carol? Blonde was was to the left when we arrived who provided good recommendations as we hadn't sampled for a couple months. Rae recommended the special short rib flat bread, which was delicious. Meatball app was good with burrata, needed a bit more burrata though and provided after suggestion to Rae. Finished with Smore bundino which always hits the right spot. Only down side was that the seasonal truffles were out by our tasting at 3??? But we got two dark instead during our tasting.

Waited for 10 minutes at our table to be approached...nothing! Party of 4 seated after us ordered and had drinks in hand. We left. Hostess could have cared less when we told her about the situation. Such a shame Coopers Hawk used to be such a great place. Not the same. Go somewhere else at Easton for food!

The food is excellent and the wine selection is great. It's a five star on food and service, it's just so loud in the dining room I have to knock it down to a four.

My only complaint is that I didn't get what I ordered and only realized it when I got the bill. What I ordered and pointed out in the menu to the server was $17.99. What she brought to me was $32.99; quite a difference in price if you ask me.

Was very disappointed with the entire experience..Celebrating our anniversary..My wife has a gluten allergy..we asked for a gluten free menu..ordered gluten free bread.. Ordered a gluten free salad and was brought the wrong one..the server said she didn't hear me say we wanted a gluten free salad..they got that corrected, so I thought.. food seemed to be taking a bit coming out..the server then said she checked with the chef and confirmed the meal would be made gluten free..RED FLAG!!! When the food came out my meal was cold, probably because it was sitting because of a mess up with the gluten free mean.. the server apologized and said..”things were a little chaotic in the kitchen..RED FLAG #2 Manager came by, apologized and said they would remake it..When I received it the veggies were cold and the meat was barely warm.. I advised the manager and he said he'd take it off the bill.. The bill came and my meal was removed but we were charged for the gluten free salad that we originally ordered.. STRIKE 3 I spoke with the manager about the entire evening..he apologized and said this is my how we operate at Coopers Hawk.. I said , you're right this an embarrassment..then the manager said I was yelling at him!!! I'm sorry but I was not yelling just sharing my disappointment with the entire evening.. I explained and the manager took the bill and walked away. Didn't offer to make it right, didn't offer anything.. We love Coopers Hawk..used to frequent one in STL area all the time and even one in Illinois.. But every time we go to this location it's hit or miss.. We understand that you can have an off night but to just walk away and not say come back again on us, we value you as a customer shoes me that management at this location just doesn't care.. Save your money and go somewhere else where you're appreciated!

Overall good food and drinks. Slow service was the only problem . Long wait from water to menus to apps.

Met a friend and former coworker for lunch and we had not seen each other in years. We were not in a hurry to order, eat, or leave. Our waitress was excellent and did not attempt to hurry us up. The service was great and the food was very good.

I usually love the crispy Brussels but the recipe seems to have changed. My biggest complaint is that my birthday treat arrived at my table with a big bite out of it! I'm so glad you have to pick them up to eat, because that's how I saw it. Our waitress was appalled, as well, and apologized. But someone needs to check and see how this could happen... a process improvement or something.
