Not sure why the seating area is closed. I was disappointed because I had planned to sit and work a bit. Absolutely no seating at all. I did download the app and got a free bagel & cream cheese which is why I was here to begin with. I placed an order ahead of time and it was ready when I got there in the pick up area. The jalapeño cheddar bagel was satisfactory, soft, and a bit spicy. Good amount of cream cheese, The cappuccino was ok, they do make the drinks ahead of time with your mobile order (some places make it when you arrive to be fresh).

For downtown Columbus, the inside of this joint looks like how Columbus USED to look. Clean, but... missed a spot. You also learn this joint cooks food the way we USED to cook food down here. Nice and decadent! I **STRONGLY** recommend the brisket breakfast bagel. You will see what I'm talking about. PROPER. ;)

They've forgotten my hashbrown in a to-go order twice. So I had to drive back to park on High Street again, which is a huge pain. No one apologized. Actually, they treated me like I was the problem when I mentioned this was the second time it's happened. Can't find good customer service anywhere anymore.

Such an amazing staff! We had a catering mishap with our address, but Liz came out to us to drop off our order personally on time and without any hiccups. Not to mention the food was delicious! Really appreciate their hard work and service.

Even though masks are required in Columbus, neither person working this morning was wearing a mask correctly. Both employees had their mask below their nose and the man even lowered his below his mouth when he brought my order to me. Do better!!
