Ordered off Grubhub. General Tso's Chicken tasted like it was rotten. Fed it to my dogs. Inedible. Complained to Grubhub and they returned my money. An hour later the restaurant called and asked what was wrong. I told him an he interuppted me and raising his voice that the chicken was fresh (it wasn't). I raised my voice to let him know he called me and I'm telling him the food tasted awful. He hung up on me. I called back and ket him know how unprofessional he was and that this 1-Star reviewwas coming. Honestñy, I wouldn't have taken the time if it wasn't for his unprofessional behavior.Edit: It’s been 3 years and I still hate you

Worst location ever. My first and LAST time going food was too high of prices and food wasnt cooked enough, and I dont think eggdrop soup was cooked long enough. I'll stick to Mark Pi's on morse

Ordered food here through Grubhub. Just an orange meal with fried rice. Good was okay. Until i got to my last bite and there was a bandaid…. In my food. I just want to puke. Tried to give it a shot regardless of the reviews. I get it now.

This was a very bad experience overall. The lady who took my order was very rude and did not offer me choices on the egg rolls or the rice. She was not happy that I asked for a receipt. I ordered almond chicken, it was disgusting, I don't think there was any chicken, just breading. Definitely no almonds. The food was not hot, just lukewarm like it had been sitting. This used to be one of my favorite places, but I doubt if I will go back. I definitely do not recommend Mark Pi's Express in Grandview.

I took one bite of the Mark Pi Beef and spit it out. The food looked as bad as it tasted. Worst beef texture I've experienced in a while smothered in soy flavored sugar.
Got some extra spicy wok, sat outside- it was a vibe!! Perfection is one word to describe this place. Great people!

Sadly I’ve been coming here for 35 years, my absolute favorite restaurant. I heard rumors of the decline of food and hiked up prices. I drove 30 minutes tonight and it was the absolute worst $42.50 I’ve spent. So sad to see my favorite place dissipate. Do better management.
