Nice large dining area with tables clearly marked as usable or not. But no one pays attention to the signs anyhow, and management doesn't seem to be overly concerned about enforcing their own rules.

The staff are always very pleasant, but I have gone there more times than I can count after a chiropractor visit next door, and the coffee is ALWAYS COLD. It's almost comical at this point.

I was in Panera today with my 95 year old Greek grandmother. We don’t take her out often because of covid-19. We took FOREVER to order because of the language barrier and Panera not having any plain donuts that my grandmother kept insisting on. Anyways the cashier was seriously so kind and never showed any signs of impatience even though we were definitely difficult and very annoying.
