So, I get that this is a seafood restaurant. I ordered a burger. After the wait staff took our order, they came back to say that they didn't have any buns for the burger and they were out of broccoli. Cool, I don't need the carbs, all good! They went back to change the side and then came back to say that they didn't even have the beef. Okay, I'll just get something else.Food tasted fine, but I rated it a three star for being out of the specific items and not communicating it with their staff. The staff had to relay it back to us twice, which caused a delay with dinner. When we got it, it wasn't very hot.Staff was not very attentive in general. We had to flag them down to ask for multiple refills and for boxes and our receipt.The last time was a better time for us, and typically, it's a good experience.

Awsome awesomeThe food was greatI came here with my eldest son for his birthday dinner red lobster is his favorite place ( expensive taste 13 years old) lolI forgot my waiters name and I really wish I didn’t because he was GREAT!young hispanic man very handsome dark hair dark eyes!His service was awsomeWe had a small issue with our payment and where my gift card was not ran correctly but the manager and the waiter were both SUPER PAITENT AND NICE about the entire transaction got everything processed correctly and we were on our way!I definitely recommend for the great service and food !We’ll be back ??

The food and service was good. The only thing I had a problem with is that you can't get just 2 extra biscuits. You have to buy either 6 or 12. That's a bad rule to have. As a single person, I can't eat 6 biscuits. Save the rest for later. I could but reheated biscuits don't taste fresh to me and I'd end up throwing them away. A waste of money. The should change that rule. They would throw away less biscuits at the end of the day and save some money!

My family was having dinner when my wife ordered a virgin drink after they ordered their food. We are Muslim and they were breaking their fast. We don’t drink AT ALL They never have been served alcohol so we didn’t know that the long glass meant it contained alcohol. So then my wife drank it since she was the one that ordered it then she gave the cup to my daughter so she can try some not knowing it contained alcohol. Thankfully our server came back in time before my son who is a minor drank the alcohol. Now I fear that this could happen again if my family goes out to eat at red lobster. The only thing that made me think is if they were giving my wife and kids a drink that contained alcohol why would they not ask for ID and then the lady that handed us the alcoholic drink avoided our table and we even locked eyes with each other but I also feel like it would not have hurt to apologize after that was a big deal to us. So if you don’t drink please be mindful to watch out because I guess some of the servers take drinking and underaged drinking as a not serious situation.

Our waiter miles was excellent! The houses is in a little bit more work because they gave our table away had us waiting for almost 45 minutes when they said it would be a 20 minute wait. They told us to give them their phone number they would give us a text and they never texted us stating that they called our names 20 minutes ago. However you did not text us like you said you would. They did correct it and immediately seated us once we told them about it. It took a long time to get our food. Took way too long to get our drinks. They need to staff better so that these guys aren't overwhelmed during a rush hour.

I like red lobster. I decided not to spend a lot of money on lobster, but took advantage of the all you can eat shrimp. Well, not exactly I saved five dollars by getting the three option shrimp figuring I couldn’t eat more than that. It was a good choice and I got my lobster fix by getting the baked potato with lobster for five dollars extra, there is not as much lobster on the potato as the picture indicated, but it was still very good. I gave the server Hannah a hard time because they had an advertisement for a five dollar blue moon beer. She came back to say the draft beers were all gone except Modelo Modelo was seven dollars. I told her if I was the manager and I had run out of the advertise special. I would certainly honor that price on the option that was available, but that was not the case. She did check with the manager and the manager responded that corporate would not approve. Not a big deal, but like I say, if I was the manager, that is what I would do.
