No plug in to wall directly behind nite stand for my heating pad, sheets and bed cover was put on inside out. Allergic to the wash products in bathroom, had to go buy some at store. And as busy as it was , there was only 3 elevators working. Staff was very friendly even with the check in issues. However make sure with advance registration confirmation that u have a major credit card to pay for the stay. The one on line was to only hold the room .

Shout out to Troy, we had a big room block for our wedding and a number of guests randomly mentioned how nice and accommodating he was. Super helpful getting us situated and all settled in our room.

I was disappointed. Not the Renaissance quality I expect.Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and valet.Rooms were VERY dated and cramped. There was an open water bottle sitting on the dresser but no complimentary water. The lounge was also very cramped and dated. I was told to go up for snacks and drinks. Very little sitting space. Trail mix and cookies were the snack. Drinks were locked up. Mini water bottles were available (why? Why not just full size?).I imagine this hotel was nice in the 90s.Would not stay here again.Rooms: Very dated and cramped.Nearby activities: Nothing within walking distance.Safety: Safe inside. Not safe outside.Walkability: Not a ton to walk to around this location.

The staff here are amazing and make all the difference in guest experience! I am currently staying here and Camille at check in and Kayla when I called for help, were beyond friendly and helpful. I am grateful for one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in my extensive travels.Side note, as noted by others, the rooms have some wear and tear and outdated, with sometimes not working- time for a bit of a refurb.

The rooms are dated and in need of updating. Lobby and bar area are nice. Staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Location is excellent. Unfortunately valet is extremely slow and took over 30min even after calling ahead. Also the executive lounge is closed on weekend and all they offer in its place is free buffett breakfast.

We were on site for a dance competion. The Hotel is beautiful and although we were not guests the staff we interacted with were pleasant and accomodating.

I normally really like Renaissance brand hotels. This one does not seem worthy of the brand, but it was a bargain, so I do not want to complain to much.Attended a conference there. Hotel management refused to adjust room temperature even though everyone complained that it was way too hot.Although understaffed, the restaurant and bar staff work hard and do the best they can. Restaurant food was pretty good, but takes awhile to get it.Rooms: Not as luxurious as other Renaissance hotels.Food & drinks: Good but slow.

There rooms are great. They handle conventions well. Club 21 lounge is an extra perk.Rooms: Nice beds. Clean. Well maintained.Walkability: Several places to eat nearby. Starbucks across the street.Food & drinks: They have limited non alcoholic beverages. They have limited vegan options. The food quality and service is good.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean, well organized. The absolute best turkey club sandwich I've ever had. The only thing I would criticize was the toilet. Very very low and difficult for seniors to use. All in all a very nice hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfect for a Columbus weekend! The bar is great and it’s a quick ride to the short north for outstanding dining and shopping.

We used points for this stay which should not matter but I believe it was a factor in the room we received. At check we were informed that we were being “upgraded” to a Terrace Suite. After attending an event we were very tired and ready to relax. We got to our room and immediately got many not so suite surprises. Our bed was a pull out couch/bed with a super uncomfortable thin mattress with only a sheet set and two pillows and no duvet as a top cover. Took them about 30 minutes to find two super thin very used blankets! The tv was in a cabinet not facing any way in which you could relax and watch it we had to try and position it without having it fall out but even then could only see half of the tv. There was a full sized refrigerator placed right next the bed. This might seem trivial to some but the toilet was so it was almost too hard to sit down being so low! This room is not even available for booking on the website! I just feel whether we used points or not they should have been up front about what to expect. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again!

Nothing negative to say about this place. I travel with my family a lot and stay in hotels. This hotel is one of the tops.
