On Sunday 3/24/24 at about 11:30ish I walk into this restaurant wanting to try it out for the first time since I am not from around these parts. Was greeted and sat pretty quickly, but that is where the service STOP! No 1 came over to greet us nor did we get water or even our order taken. But surprisingly a party that sat less than 2 feet from us was greeted and order was taken and they came in after I did. After sitting for over 10 minutes with a timer I got up and processed to leave. Before I did, I asked to speak to a manager and when I did she did not try to save my business. I have never been to a restaurant and been ignored before in my life, and from what I seen it was not busy at all. Hopefully this is used to help train staff to be better attentive and also do better with working as a team if 1 server is busy someone even the manger can at least come to table greet with water.

I enjoy finding little mom and pop restaurants when I travel out of town. This locally owned Cafe started my morning off right after a disappointing hotel stay. The atmosphere was warm and lots of laughter. Thank you Sunny Street Cafe.

We love Sunny - at least most locations.. We will not return to the Sancus location.. Terrible experience. Food was below par - from what we normally expect at Sunny. The famous Pumpkin pancakes were underdone, small and poorly presented. The worst, however, is the service. Sadly, my wife became ill at the table. Very embarrassing to begin with - but the servers - instead of being sympathetic and offering to help were disgusted.. Nope, never going back..
First time visiting. Great experience. Food was very good. The only improvement would be their coffee. They should consider the same supplier as either scramblers or Bob Evans.

I can only review them as a delivery driver. After this morning, I'm done giving this place chances. I will no longer accept or pick up any delivery orders for this location. I've never walked in to pick up an order and the order was ready. There's always a wait. This morning was the last straw. They told me all to go orders are severely behind.From my experiences and observations, they don't take delivery orders serious. They prioritize customers inside, and get to to go orders whenever they feel like it. This is the only location in the polaris area I've picked up orders for that doesn't understand delivery ordersand how the process works.If your want to get delivery here, just know it'll be late because this location won't prioritize your order as it's received.If you're picking up an order, prepare for a wait every single time.

DO NOT COME HERE !! THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I WAITED FOR STUFFED BISCUITS AND GRAVY FOR ALMOST AN HOUR! I said no egg they give me sunny side up. There's yolk everywhere. I'm late to work and throwing this trash away. How does no egg turn into egg guts! 40 minutes waiting on something I can't eat. This is my last time wasting money with this restaurant I'm disappointed! Oh yea there was only 3 dine in customers aka empty and unacceptable!

Mediocre at best. I have no idea how this place has 4.4 stars. This was definitely a one and done for our family. My family ordered 3 different breakfast entries this morning and nothing was great. Also, the hash browns were very under cooked and nothing come out hot.
