As a construction worker I like being able to wash my hands before I order and eat. It's 1030 am and the doors are locked. 4 cars in the parking lot as well.

I feel like they are short staffed. It takes a long time to get through the drive-thru. I wasn't even upset didn't mention anything. They comped my food. Although it wasn't necessary it was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be back.

Walked right past the workers(3) sitting on the curb outside when I went inside. I stood for a little bit before I realized all the workers were outside. One did end up coming in to actually do customer service but immediately went back out after I left.

I go here every other day for the same 5 beefy layer burrito, i am not going to even start with service because y’all already know how they are lol. Anyway why the same burrito increase by a dollar?? $4 for that small burrito?? Can you be serious taco bell?? Your supposed to be cheap. I dont reckon you increased wages because ur employees look like they hate there.

There is usually always something wrong with the food. Either it's hard rice, large amounts of sauces that becomes overpowering, or very skimpy on everything in the burritos. Also they are very slow placed and not speedy at all in drive
They will literally leave out whole combos and put meat on your vegetarian items. Fries still

I give the overall 4 stars because it wasn't a bad experience.The food was good but I feel like the order was lacking for the cost especially when ordering extra and not getting what feels like should be the extra portion so 4 stars there.Service was great in terms of interaction so 5 stars there.Atmosphere was is N/A since I ordered takeout so a free 5 star.
