I've been going to Taco Bell since the 70s and they can be hit or miss with quality, but these guys at 2777 Billingsley are amazing. I stopped today, it was a total Latino staff, maybe that's why the food was so good. They were really friendly, fun to talk to, and the food was probably the best I've ever had at one of their locations. I've certainly found my favorite Taco Bell

I just flew in from Tampa. I have not eaten all day. When the Uber dropped me off at the Fairfield which is directly behind them I looked around at what was availably It said Taco Bell was open. I walked over at about 1:26 AM and went inside and apparently they just forgot to lock the door. I was told that I could not order inside and had to walk out and I could not go to the drive through because it was a liability. They instructed me to stand in a parking (way safer) and place my order online. I followed instructions and when I tried to checkout I received a message saying checkout was down. I swear I cannot go to a Taco Bell without some issue. But this was ridiculous.

This has gotten totally out of control. First, the service is horrible in that they don't care if I showed up or not to their establishment. Atmosphere, the same. Let's be honest, there's nothing great about Taco Bell food. It's not good for you it tastes okay every time I get hard tacos there by the time I get them home 4 minutes later they have leaked and soaked through the shell therefore falling apart in my hands. By the way, this soggyness doesn't happen at any other Taco Bell I've ever been to. Now let's get to the price. For two people to eat fairly at Taco Bell our bill was $49. That is completely an utterly out of control and ridiculous. I almost threw the whole bag of food back inside but realized I had already paid this ridiculous price. All of these fast food joints are losing money because they got greedy and have been pushing people out of their doors and back into the grocery store due to their ridiculously high and uncalled for pricing on very simple ingredients. Go ahead, tell me I'm wrong, but go read the news it is everywhere. McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, all of which had serious losses last quarter due to this price gouging. We should have gone to Texas Roadhouse, where we could get a salad, a filet, with loaded mashers and green beans for less than $25 per person. What a complete waste I will not be going back until prices have come back down.

Do not go to this store i was just in there 11/15/23 12:20pm is when i walked in. Not only did i stand there for 30 min wasting my lunch time but i wasn’t helped what so ever. I witnessed 2 people just sitting down and 2 people actively working. All that just to have a burrito that was poorly wrapped but also messy. They are a waste of time and the food isn't that good its hit or miss. Its poorly ran, poorly understaffed and the staff there look like they do not wanna be there. So taco bell yall need to do something about this. It’s pathetic

I came by the last couple of days to try their new breakfast tacos, but even though the app says they're open, and the app lets me order my food and pay for it ahead of time, nobody is there when I get to the drive through, and the lights are off inside.

Usually really good. I've been going there since it opened over 20 years ago. With this last visit we pulled out of the line of 6 or so cars that simply were not moving and went to McDonald's. I do understand, filling fast food positions in our area is tough. I will certainly try again another day.

Got breakfast via the mobile app and when I went for pickup forgot 4 of my things. Gave me sausage instead of bacon due to being out when I would’ve chosen steak if given the option because their sausage is not good. Waited 7 mins at the window for the food to be wrong and having to go back through the line due to doors being locked. Do not recommend go to the one down the road in Powell they’re 10/10
