This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. No sour cream on the crunch wrap supreme. The new empanada is tiny and gross. Prices are out of control. Everything just tasted worse than other TBs. I ordered to pick up on the lobby, there was no one in the drivethru when I got then. To keep from getting out of my car in the cold I went to the order speaker, where I was told I had to come into the lobby. I came into the lobby and there wasn’t a single customer. This was at 5:30p. If you don’t have a customer in either the drive thru or the lobby, why can’t you serve my online order through the drive thru? The inside wasn’t clean either! At this location, TB would stand more for tuberculosis than Taco Bell.Edit: like 3 grains of rice on the rice and bean burrito.

If the employees are friendly (not every store has friendly employees), how can you go wrong with Taco Bell?Vegetarian options: Potato soft taco, cheesy bean & rice burrito, cheese roll up, nachos and cheese, nacho fries with cheese
This is by far the WORST Taco Bell in the country. Their chips taste like stale soap. (No joke- pretty sure they store their cleaning supplies right by the chips!!!) The food order was wrong and the employees clearly do not care! This place needs to be replaced with anything! Will NEVER go back again. Someone needs to report this place to the health dept to shut it down!

If you’re ordering through an app (Taco Bell or something like UberEats), your order is going to be wrong. It’ll be missing entire items or they’ll just substitute whatever they want. They also package orders horribly: sauce lids not attached, items crushed by heavier ones on top, that kind of thing.

This store somehow never manages to receive my orders through the Taco Bell app, if you're a Taco Bell app customer use the Henderson road location because you'll never get your food at Sawmill and they can never help figure out the problem.
