I ordered an Uber pickup and asked at the window if my twists were in the order. Guy at the window says yes. I open it and the strawberry twists I ordered on Uber were not present. I go to the door and ask for my missing twists. The manager tells me they discontinued strawberry. I said that's fine cinnamon costs the same. I just wanted what I paid for. The guy comes out and examines the bag like I was trying to get something over on him. It's $1.22. No one is that desperate. It was the first time I felt unwelcome for demanding for what was owed to me. My wife had cravings and after this I hope she craves something else.

Been here twice alot of workers nodding out on drugs I ordered second time being there got Mexican pizza meal pizza only had refried beans in between the shells and my to tacos only had lettuce and very little meat nothing else first time I went there they forgot my whole order . Thos place is nasty and needs to be shut down .

9/25/2023 as a manager who works at a high demand restaurant I was very disappointed with the employees who stood around talking instead of helping with the service. The young female was much more interested on what was on her phone then actually working. Kids will be kids I guess. If this was my store this wouldn’t be accepted. A taco, and nachos does not take 15 minutes to make. It wasn’t busy. Laziness at its finest. Best bet would be Hilliard Rome.

Wouldn't have given it worse stars but wow this place is terrible..came in last night for a nacho bell grande and got what must have been the bottom of the fryer chips horrible..called and spoke to Nicole who stated she was a manager to get some sort of replacement and as I came back I spend a good 5-7 mins in line while the equipment for the drive thru was broken or defective..

It was weird to order food via a kiosk. Then to find out they do not have a cash register. Which is infortunate, because when I go OUT to eat, I pay cash. IF I don't have the cash, I don't eat out.
Terrible wait times (exceeding 20 minutes, orders wrong. I may need to leave w/o lunch even though I paid.

Tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. The first 2 times I ordered here, they understood when I asked for extra Beef and cheese on my nachos! They charge almost $2 extra for it, BUT you will not get anything but mostly chips, beans and a small scoop of meat and if you're lucky, a small amount of Nacho cheese. I'll go out of my way to another location from now on!

Made 6-7 drive thru orders before they attempted to make one front counter order. I waited for 30 minutes for two fiesta burritos. And they always manage to get my simple order wrong. 0 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible, terrible place to be completely transparent. And the guy on drive thru obviously needs to be retrained on his customer service skills (short, fat white guy with short hair) 8.5.23 @ 1:15pm

READ REVIEWS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Door dashed my food and they told my dasher I didn’t have drinks. So I had to drive to the store to get my drinks and my sauce they didn’t give me. They employee at the window was super rude to me about my drinks. And when I asked for my sauce instead of putting them in a bag he hands me a huge handful and makes me drop half of them on the ground. I will never eat here again and either should you ☺️ . Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Do Not Eat Here! This place is disgusting. My husband and i went through the drive through and when we got home I started eating my taco only to find there was a long hair in it. I almost threw up. Isn't there health codes about tying back long hair, or wearing a hair net. Just disgusting.
