Absolutely love TB - ended up ordering 3 orders of Cinnamon Crisps. I have decided to tip everyone that handle any transaction that involves an hourly wage including fast food=) It's just a little help, but maybe others will too =)

This Location is over priced and IMO very slow and very stingy with ingredients, really hasn't been good since it opened. I work a 1/2 mile from it and only visit it 1 time a month "maybe" because of the inconsistent service But they charge 3.89 for a Chili Cheese Burrito and taco bell where I go 2.79, huge difference and that's only 1 example of price difference. With paying more should be better food and service.....!!

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. First they gave me the wrong order, then they screwed mine up (supposed to be no tomato, but w/e, I'm used to fast food workers failing to deliver simple request). The food I did get was undercooked and extremely greasy. The bottom tortilla on the pizza was stale and would barely break. The Steak quesidillas had ZERO sauce or steak. The doors were locked, so I couldn't even walk in to get the right order. Threw the entire order away.

Took a chance at this Taco Bell and hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve had in years. Asked for extra Beans cheese and they did not mess around. Mexican pizza shell was fresh.Drive through line moved quickly as we sat inside and watched.Staff was also nice and walked around asking if food was okay.

I had to order the quesadilla meal. The quesadilla was good. I order nachos and cheese with that. I didn't eat nothing all day and wanted to treat myself to something nice. The nachos were stale. They smelt like they were left out for a while. They tasted old and didn't had a good taste at all. I try calling to give my concern to the employees but nobody answer the phone . If something is out of date and old it will make people sick. I'm usually not the one that writes reviews about places but here I am. They looked fine to me but smelt bad and tasted bad.
Slow and incompetent. Staff ignores customers and gets upset if asked to take orders.

Every time I order from this specific taco bell part of my order is wrong. The most recent example being a quesadilla combo and a cravings box. I didn't even get a soft taco, let alone the lettuce and tomato I requested be removed from the quesadilla combo. On top of that, there was no chicken on the chicken quesadilla. In the cravings box, I requested chicken as the meat for everything, and no sour cream. It didn't get a soft taco, nor did it come with cinnamon twists. Instead of what's supposed to come in the combo, I received a chipotle ranch chicken burrito, a cheesy gordita crunch with beef, and a five layer burrito with beef and sour cream on it. My previous order was nearly as bad, with sour cream being on everything and my soft taco had no fillings other than chicken and cheese. I have never been to a taco bell that screws up this badly on repeated occasions. On top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes to get my food because, yet again, something was wrong with their system at this location. Just go to the taco bell in front of Kroger down the road if you want your order to be right and on time.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Came to the drive thru at 12:26am when the store says it closes at 1am. The drive thru speaker says to me " Thank you for your visit but we are currently closed" Either fix your hours or actually be open when advertised.
