Can’t recommend this location. They get our order wrong almost every time. There’s no way to leave a complaint or get a refund online/through the app. Even when we order vegetarian options they end up giving us meat instead half the time. Impossible to get ahold of anyone with accountability if you get it delivered; they’ll all just lie and pass the buck. I’d try Schrock Rd. instead, but it’s slightly more expensive over there.Vegetarian options: I explicitly ordered a black bean burrito and they gave me a beef one anyway.

This is one of the better Taco bells in Columbus. It's always fast and the food is always warm. Always nice service at the window too.Vegetarian options: You can always order your food without meat there
The people that work there are very caring and very polite.Parking: They have a huge parking lot in there's plenty of spots depart along with people who have disabilities and how to park at close they have plenty of those. Parking spots too.

Always quality service here by the staff. They are usually very welcoming. I usually just get food here for my daughter. She loves the Cinnabon delights, Doritos locos tacos, and freezes. I did love the last time that she accidentally made my daughter a soda instead of a freeze so I got a soda to drink out of the deal.

The food was really good. I ordered the chicken soft tacos and a beef soft taco. Tortillas seemed fresh and soft. Overall they were really good and I had nice service when I got to the window. I like this location and they also seem to be rather quick here.Parking: Very large lot. You won't have to fight for a spot
Went through the drive through and the person who handed us our food and took our money was very friendly and nice. However, the hard shell tacos didn't stay very crispy very long after we drove through and got home which was only about 3-5 minutes which lead us to believe they weren't made fresh.
