Ordered at 620 Georgesville. I ordered the chalupa meal. I asked to trade the sour cream for southwest dressing. You'd think it would be an even trade. But It cost $1.20 to do this. Then when I get home, there's barely any sauce on the Chalupa's. So disappointing.

This used to be my favorite taco bell cause it's so close to home, it would usually be fresh. But the last 4 times I've had issues. First, I ordered ahead on the app to pick up after work and my food had sat on the counter 2 hours when I picked it up and it was soggy and cold. I didn't realize how old and gross it was until I was home. Why would you do that in case the person doesn't pick up? Usually you place the order on mobile then it's there to easily start making when the person gets there and checks in. Second, I tried to pick up in the drive-through and was told to park in a spot. I waited a long time and everyone else was getting their food first. I got my food eventually and drove home to realize I got someone else's food so I had to go back. At least the worker was nice that day. Third, I was ignored about 10 min in the drive-through another night so I pulled ahead when a line was forming. At the window, I was still ignored while an employee slammed stuff around inside. Another employee appeared and initially ignored me then I asked if they were having problems and if I should cancel my order. They told me to park in a pick up spot and couldn't find my order at first. Then after waiting another 10-15 min, it turned out the fryer was broken? So they finaled my order so I couldn't cancel it and get my refund. I finally got a response from a manager and should be getting a gift card for that order. Today, the fourth time, I wasn't feeling good and was home from work and really just wanted fiesta potatoes so I placed a delivery order. When it came, it was just a Doritos taco and nothing else. The fiesta potatoes was the whole reason I ordered. What happened to this taco bell? It used to be the best. I really wanted those fiesta potatoes today...I try to be nice every time I'm there, and it takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but I've been getting really frustrated at my wasted time and money ?

I went here around 6.27pm 02/02/2024 I asked for my order 9f8554 to be made fresh which was four chalupa supremes and two soft tacos and three cheesy potatoes to be made fresh I was given old food twice I asked to speak a manager I got threatened by young white teen and his sister or girlfriend who ever it was all because I asked for fresh food I paid 30.61 I would like to speak with the vice president of this location

Whoever made my nachos bell grande tonight at 655pm .. it was the best nachos I've had in years from taco bell!! They were LOADED and made exactly as we ordered!!! THANK YOU ? ❤️

They turned cars away without the exact change or a credit card. I paid over and told them to keep the change; the boy at the register had to ask the manager and buddy, all of whom were standing elbow to hip with each other in the window as if looking for something, how to put that in the computer since it was over. Now, if they had accepted cash, my 13 cents should not have been a problem or an adjustment to the register. Guarantee this location is being stolen from the big time. Not only that, the whole scene made you question eating your food as if something had been done to it. No one was behind me in line, yet they handed me the wrong bag of food. Then, when I gave it back, I kept it at the window, which should have been disguised since it left the window for any amount of time. For such a nice new store, their employees will make it either fold or age quickly due to ineffective management and no oversight. Someone should be reviewing cameras and counting tills for auditees.
