Ordered online WHILE in the lobby since I was waiting for the bus. It still took over 30 minutes to make even though there was only 3 people in the lobby: missed 3 buses because I already paid. they took care of drive thru orders over lobby orders. Asked to use the bathroom while waiting for my food and was told that the bathrooms were out of service for the public even though I’m a paying customer. Absolutely horrible. 4 team members and kiosks and still takes FOREVER.

I ordered food online for me and 3 of my co workers, I go to pick it up and they didnt have the cheesy fiesta potatoes, so she worker tried substituting for hash browns, well I get back to my job and my own order is missing. I only had a nacho bellgrande meal, so I go back up there to get my food and the guy making the food came up to the window and pretty much called me a liar. Saying he made the food himself and he knew for a fact he put the nachos in the bag since it was the only one he made and I tried explaining like I literally have no reason to lie about it. I drove all the way back to Taco Bell while I was supposed to be working just to get my food.

I ordered 1 chicken burrito supreme at the drive through. They told me the price was $12.78. I asked them to correct the order because I only ordered one not two burritos. They then gave me 1 chicken burrito and still charged my debit card for 2, $12.78. The bag had no receipt in it. They won’t answer the phone.

Andrea Monique the manager, so rude and nasty. I was told to appreciate the fact that I ordered lunch food 5 min before lunch was to be served. I and an associate were together and the only customers. Just one order. And we had to wait exactly 15 minutes as she gossip with the lady employee as they teased my associate. Very unprofessional behavior as well as a very uncomfortable experience. This location is a high volume location, located in Ohio state campus area. This specific Manager, she’s definitely a discomfort.

Put in an online order that all they had to do was read it correctly and they still did not get my order right and I got charged extra for things I didn’t get. Didn’t realize how wrong it was until I got all the way home and when I tried to call 10 times in a row I never got anyone to even answer the phone. Seems like every time I try to go to this Taco Bell they get some thing wrong.
