If I could give them a negative review I would. I ordered through the app, when I got there they were out of chicken to make my food, i requested a refund and they said I would have to request it through the app so i did. its been 5 days without a response or a refund, not to mention the fact I never got my food. very poor customer service

If the employee would treat people with respect no matter if they are homeless or not it would have been all 5s Stars but they was so mean to this this homeless girl and wouldn't serve her said they didn't take walk ups but I walked up and got food meanwhile while I was waiting for my food I heard them talking about how they don't serve homeless people that they don't like them on their lot and they more than less cost security on them
I came through last night and they really took care of me I placed a huge order and they got it out quickly everything was made right & fresh and the customer service was amazing I highly recommend this

This place is a joke.. nobody inside or the drive-thru.. ok cool, this should be quick, right? Wrong. Pulled up to the speaker, the girl starts taking my order.. seems like she’s having trouble but I’m like whatever.. she got 3 of the things I ordered on the screen, then nothing.. for like 5 minutes, she comes back on like she was never taking my order to begin with so I’m like yeah I was already in the middle of an order, then she goes silent again. I just left, everyone here acts/looks like they’re on drugs and it’s dirty.

I'm very disappointed with taco bell on Wilson Rd (any location really)they ALWAYS get my food wrong. I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 crunchy Tacos with no tomatoes or sour cream.Guess what I saw on them you're right tomatoes and sour cream I don't like either of them you can taste something you don't like. I won't be going to taco bell anymore any location I always get the wrong food.I saw on the screen no tomatoes and sour cream but when I opened them there was a lot of both I got mad crumbled them and threw them on the floor.I called corporate but it didn't do any good they don't care either somebody should call and complain on corporate.Thank you taco bell employees' for running my food and I'm never going to taco bell again ? it drives me crazy i can't ever get what I ordered ?.

I JUST got home and looked in my bag to give out the food. I ORDERED a Sausage Crunchwrap meal, 3 breakfast burritios and a breakfast quesadilla. GUES WHAT? the order was Fvcked up. NO Sausage Crunchwrap. So it looks like I am gonna have to say fvck it and either get breakfast at a sit down restaurant or make the shyte myself. But I WILL NOT be going back to this site. Oh also, there was only ONE emplyeee and its NOT like she was in a hurry to make my food, as I was the ONLY customer the WHOLE time

They messed up my order and acted like it was our fault this person is (deadre p) how do you mess up a 6 item order were gonna call corperate and own that place and when we got home there were cockroachs in it...all i can say is never eating there again. And the manager at that place should be fired

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and fiesta potatoes and got just meat and a tortilla and no potatoes. Surprised this Taco Bell is still in business. Called about how our order was messed up and talked to deejay said was about to close and gave me what she could. Horrible service. This taco bell is not worth your time. If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars I would.Called back to tell them our order was messed up and she (deejay) told me she was going to make my order and eat it since I ordered 5 minutes before close and told me I needed to go to bed. I really ordered on door dash 35 minutes before close. And she proceeded to call me profanity’s. Deejay (or however you spell her name) should be fired. She has no customer service experience and doesn’t know how to talk to her customers. She is beyond disrespectful.
