I door dash here at lot and NEVER have I come here and my food be ready for pickup. Instructions say use the drive thru but everytime I come there its diffrent rules for pick up. I have went thru drive thru and came in and been told to use the opposite. Non consistent at all. Staff is rude and most of the time will let u place and order then act like they don't understand then make u place order with someone else. This staff lacks in true leadership.

This is my favorite Timmys location. They’re always super quick (compared to Dunkin down the street) and I get my drink/food ASAP! I’ve been here about 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I loved the man today who took my order and got my half dozen donuts & latte. Tall Caucasian guy with a hoop earring, was kind, fast and had a lovely personality. I wish I could’ve tipped him! I’m always going here from now on.

Foods decent, but the drive through was so unprofessional. Someone started taking our order then said wait and started talking to someone else. Came back and then stopped us again and made us wait for someone different to take our order. Then we didn’t get our hash browns. I usually have this experience at every Tim’s. Sorry Canada but the donuts are mediocre.

Worst experience I have ever had the general manager Judith was the rudest manager i have ever encountered and extremely unprofessional i tried to place an order on the app for almost $20 and it glitched and did not work on app but they charged my account already so i went to the restaurant to talk to them and let them know it took my money and to see if i can get my order they completely refused told me to call cooperate and were being extremely rude would not recommend this place extremely rude manager and staffUpdate: I called guest services they also did nothing to help me this company is a joke they took my money and wont give it back had to call my bank to get it the owner clearly doesn’t care that his GM is extremely rude and cusses out customers

I got an iced coffee this morning and it was terrible- I went back and the person I spoke to was super nice and I got a completely different coffee and I just wish I would’ve asked for a refund because it was also terrible. I don’t know if Tim Hortons is terrible or if they aren’t making it correctly. Not going there

I wanted to order a box of hot chocolate. I called several times the evening before and very early morning hours. No one is answering the phone and I got hung up on several times. Very very poor customer service

Terrible experience this morning. I went inside to get a coffee and a half dozen donuts to go. I counted 4 employees inside from the counter. All were gathered near the drive up window. As I waited to be helped, I was seen by all and still nobody attended to counter where I was waiting and another waiting for his order to be completed. Probably 5 minutes had past and I finally gave up and left. Nobody even made an attempt to call me back.So much for my patronage. I don't think I'll return. Perhaps they need to pay better wages for mature, quality help.

We ordered a large iced caramel coffee. I order this every tim hortons I go too. It originally is made with cream in it and that’s how it’s advertised too. When we pull up to the window the guy was very nice as my boyfriend told him that’s not what we ordered. It was a straight black coffee. So the guy turns around and ask one of his coworkers if that is the right thing and she was just standing there on her phone and got all snotty and said what’s the problem and he told her that we wanted cream because that’s how it is made and she continues to say we never asked for it and just gave us dirty looks the whole time we were waiting. The guy went and fixed my coffee without complaining and was very polite. But the lady on the other side was just rude. This is the first Tim hortons I’ve been too that messed it up and it was just a small mistake that could’ve easily been fixed but she was very rude with us instead.

For a long time, I have bought Tim Horton in the US because once I had a great experience with this Canadian brand in Canada. But this branch changed my mind. I had my worst mocha in life. It was like a tea spoon of chocolate in hot water without any taste.The egg and sausage sandwich was fresh and delicious though.
