I had a great time at this restaurant the vibe was amazing. The owners Derrick and Adam -Chef made us feel comfortable and even went out their way to customize a vegetarian dish for me. Everyone in my party enjoyed something delicious from the menu and we even got to meet a local Artist who had one of his pieces displayed. Very cool chic and sexy spot! Definitely on my Columbus Favs list!

We always love coming to Uptown 51. I’m never disappointed. The food is always fresh and the dishes are prepared perfectly. Best sliders I’ve ever eaten! It always feels like family when we go. Great conversation with Chef Adam. Definitely our favorite restaurant in Columbus!

I have never had Columbus on my list of places to go and that is unfortunate. I was pleasantly surprised and wowed by the city but especially by the restaurant scene. I heard about Uptown 51 by my peers who happened upon this place earlier in the week. I am so glad I had time to pop in. It was Friday night around 6pm, I as greeted and welcomed by the owner, asked for my name which he did not forget throughout the evening. The space, quaint, a very cool vibe. My girlfriend was running late so I had time to talk about their story, restarting a restaurant during Covid and just learning about how they got started. Check the price before you come, I did notice a couple walk out - but the food is worth the spend so get your date night scheduled. We started off with the charcuterie, the prosciutto and salami were my favorites, not your basic meats either. Beautifully presented with fresh honeycomb, Marco a almonds and more. I had the Salmon with creamy polenta, it was like butter! I am a sucker for polenta and it did not disappoint nor did the salmon. It was the perfect serving. Each of the staff members took the time to talk to us, making us feel special, like VIP's but they did so to everyone. We watched beautiful drinks being carefully prepared and delivered - an experience, not just dinner. Great vibe, great food, great spot!

We made a reservation online. The hostess was quick to accommodate us. However, we did have to wait a few minutes to clean the table. they said salmon was excellent. Shrimp and scallops pasta was a bit lackluster but still good. I would recommend this restaurant. And if we’re in the area again we will definitely stop by and have a meal. The chef and the staff made the experience seemed like a family dinner.

Full bar, AMAZING steak, crafted cocktails, black-owned, close to downtown but not in the insanity of the Short North. Easy parking. Both co-owners greeted us and checked in on our meal. Superb service! Checkout the Moonlight market for a pristine date night.

We arrived in town late - just before midnight - on a Friday night and hoped to grab a bite to eat. The lights were on and the restaurant looked so inviting. We were greeted with smiles and hospitality despite the late hour and the fact that the kitchen was clearly gearing down for the night. Do not short yourself and show up late because you will want to savor every bite of your meal and enjoy the amazing space that has been created here!! The Lobster Mac was an amazing mix of tastes and textures with delicate, tender lobster on just the right mix of pasta and fondue under a perfectly crunchy topping. I will be craving this dish and wishing I lived in Columbus!! The Woodfire Chicken was equally mouthwatering. 5 stars for meal, ambiance and hospitality.
